Good Service
Very fast delivery, arrived day after ordering . Well packed and everything ordered supplied . Only a small criticism, would have liked an email or phone call to say delivery on its way , as we were out and had to get a neighbour to take in for us .

Fast efficient delivery of this nice looking sink!
I have yet to fit this very reasonably priced and nice and contemporary quality looking sink but as far as ordering and the delivery were concerned all was very good and efficient from Nesstar Ltd, it was very well wrapped and short of the large box being thrown around or sat on by an elephant it would have been hard to damage it in transit! I would be very happy to order from nesstar.co.uk again, nice looking products at very good prices!👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Damaged tap but quick replacement
Our Franke tap arrived damaged with a dent. But when I called Nesstar about it, Rachael was marvellous about sending out a replacement tap which arrived the next day in perfect shape.

I ordered a sink which arrived damaged got intouch with company they said they would get a courier to come and collect took day of work they didn't turn same again on Friday sent numerous emails and made quite a few phone calls no answer it's nearly 2 weeks now sink still here not had a refund had to go out and buy another one so cost me twice while I am waiting for my refund not a great experience
