Great products, even better customer care.
Honestly some of the best customer care I have ever received from Netatmo. I would recommend their products to anyone. They didn’t hesitate to replace my product that developed a fault within its expected lifetime.
Fast response
I wrote to support for a faulty thermostat display. I was instructed to ship it to service for repair or replacement, and within five days I had it back replaced and working. Everything went smooth and service was very quick. Thank you.

One of my camera’s stopped working. After contacting the Netatmo service the problem was quickly resolved. Super service!

Constantly unavailable connection to the app
This is the 3rd winter I've used the netatmo thermostats on my radiators in 2 apartments. This Winter the app has been continuouslty unavailable and today ever the Netatmo login home page is inaccessible. Can't login to modify the temperatures on a regular basis and frequently one or both apartments on the app are unavailable (citing internet issues which I don't have as my internet works perfectly) Plus Aftersales help line is totally non-existant. EVEN on the trustpilot site the helpline is listed as helpcenter.netatmo.com which is NOT a valid email address!!!!!! If you aren't techy and can't fix this yourself then Do NOT get this product because there is no after dales assistance. My 2 thermostats work but without the App you cannot connect to modify or use your heating thermostat in any way and you can’t physically override the app - this was meant to be an advantage but has because a serious negative.

I’d give this zero if it was possible
I’d give this zero if it was possible. I’ve moved house to a property that has Netatmo. It’s been broken since day 1 and I’ve had Gas Engineers out and as the system is broken (the smart thermostat simply doesn’t work) I’ve got no access to my heating system at all despite having a boiler that’s in perfect working order. I’ve attempted to resolve issues and the Netatmo app will only work if the technology works. I’m in a position where I’m going to have to pay out £100s just to get access to my heating system. I’m truly appalled to be in this position with absolutely no access to help or support.

The support was great but, it would not have been needed if their web infrastructure had been more sophisticated which could have avoided the problems that required support.

Netatmo devices are taking care my direct envronment
I am using several Netatmo devices and I am happy that somebody has invented it. Now conecting Weather station and Home Coach in Web portal gives me more freedom to review such data.

Useless service
Useless service. Do not buy for heating. Support is pathetic. You can’t speak to anyone and no sense of urgency. Had an issue I raised 17th sept where thermostat stopped connecting. No response. Chased it 21st. No response. Get a reply today 2nd October. Do you want that kind of support for your central heating system?? Don’t think so

Prompt response for how to connect relay to thermostat
While trying to reconnect our heating relay to a new router (changed internet provider) the thermostat and relay lost their link to each other. After several hours searching the app and Google, contacted Netatmo customer services. Their reply was prompt, explaining how to go about the reconnection and what the numbers showing on the thermostat meant.

The only reason I don't leave 5 stars is due to lack of stock of new outdoor cameras, since they were discontinued. However, they were able to send me a refurbished replacement for my defective camera under warranty.
