Found what we needed

Found what we needed, was easy to book. There were availabilities for a car, that other sites did not have.
Tried to do a multiple booking for Island hopping but could not work it out. Booked them all individually with no issues.

Why have I been charged with 73 euros ,when the tickets one way for two adults and one car is only 58 euros?

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Netferry cancelled our journey just four days before departure and only issued a partial refund, citing “terms and conditions” — specifically that booking fees and insurance fees are always non-refundable. There was no apology, no empathy, and absolutely no basic customer service, despite the significant inconvenience and additional costs this caused us.

The cancellation of your trip just days before departure was a decision made by the ferry operator, who holds full responsibility for such service disruptions. As intermediaries, we promptly informed you of the cancellation and initiated the refund process in accordance with the operator’s terms and conditions.

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused. However, the non-refundable items (such as booking fees and Travel Guard) are clearly outlined during the booking process and cover services that were already rendered.

We strive every day to provide a transparent and reliable service and are always available to assist in situations like these—within the limits set by the ferry operators' policies.

Easy To Use

They made the reservation site so easy to navigate and find exactly what I wanted. Also, I thought I had purchased a ferry ride but didn't receive a confirmation, so I emailed them and they wrote right back to say there was no reservation listed in my name. So I booked right away and received an email confirmation almost immediately!

We are very disappointed

We are very disappointed. Booked a trip from Kiel to Oslo, including breakfast and dinner. Received proper confirmation of this. When scanning the ticket at the restaurant, it turned out that this was not booked by Netferry at all. According to Colorline staff, this seems to happen much more often. So we had to pay for our meals again. Now we just have to wait and see if we get a refund... the trip itself was fantastic. Pay attention!!!
