It was easy to book tickets
It was easy to book tickets, but I have used more user friendly systems in my life. You have to choose date and then scroll down to see available tickets. On the screen you see all (unavailable together with available). It should be only available tickets. And there is no possibility to search nearest date with available ticket with car transfer to island.

Terrible experience for traveling with pet
There was no clear information about the pet policy when booking. I later found out pets aren’t allowed in common areas, even in a carrier. I had to cancel for my dog’s health, but they refused a refund because I didn’t pay extra for a flex ticket. When it’s about an animal’s well-being, flexibility shouldn’t be optional. Completely unfair and disappointing.
