After renewing my account I had difficulty accessing the website due to being blocked by browsers. This was apparently due to dating of SSL certificates. This was resolved very quickly.

I've been working with NetNerd, previously FVS for years now and their services are second-to-none. Whenever there's an issue with any of my sites it's fixed very quickly, their team are professional and experts at their craft.

Will be using these guys for the foreseeable future!

I had a great experience in Netnerd. They provide great support in helping to solve issues in domains. NetNerd offers well-equipped Packages but the price is little high. Overall I got good experience.

I've been a long time user of NetNerd (Free Virtual Servers), they've been beyond fantastic, there's been limited downtime (most of which was announced beforehand, for server maintenance).

Support is second to none, regardless of time of day, I usually get a response within 10-30 minutes, with a detailed answer or in some cases, telling me they've resolved my issue.

Recommended to many companies.

I was not able to redirect a number of domains. Was advised in a few minutes even though I showed as low priority. Took action as advised and all now working.

Originally came to Net Nerd as recommended by a friend and not been disappointed.

Over the previous 2 years NetNerd has continued to be great value domain and web hosting. But the best part is the support. They have been really helpful with helping me set up a DNS forward two years ago for an e-commerce website, and also been flexible with moving my hosting package between domains.

A UK based company and hosting so you know you can trust what you have paid for.

I have been a client for many years - hosting various sites. Problems are very rare but when they do arise the support is outstanding. Immediate response and resolution. Thanks again.

NetNerd are amazing when it comes to support and helping you migrate your hosting from another company.

They do everything for you, and guide you along the way. Their support team are amazing and responsive.

Since moving to them from a terrible hosting company before, I have had such a smooth ride. I rarely have issues, but when something does happen, they sort it ASAP.

Shower of gerbils wasted seven hours today trying to contact them I just wanted to. Pay a bill outrageous treatment and a host of broken promises seems like they actually want to alienate customers can't believed or trusted. Give them a wide berth support is not available from these. People

As a newcomer to Netnerd I've found them to be very helpful in all aspects and the speed of the site outperforms all other sites I manage on other hosts.

I have been working with different support techs for over 20 years and I haven't come across brilliant and patient support techs like Rizwan and his team. One thing that distinguishes him is that he goes the extra mile to ensure you get a good sleep @ night!!

Rizwan was patient and persistent to resolve my issue. The thing is, it' snot just Rizwan - absolutely EVERYONE that has helped over the years (yes YEARS) have such a great customer-service ethic and don't stop till all is sorted out.

For some reason my e-mails were not getting through to my new e-mail address and I had not had that issue before.

It is now sorted out and I am glad, glad, glad!

Sometimes I feel I have too many queries (especially when I purchase a new domain and need things set up) BUT...absolutely NOTHING is too big or too small - NetNerd sort it out.
