In an ever increasing stressful, and sales orientated world, it was a pleasure to experience a real old fashioned company with old fashioned values of patience , politeness, and trust.
We wanted a new dining table and chairs, and Julie our sales assistant looked after us impeccably.
We picked a dining set, but unfortunately the table was too wide, but we wanted the chairs.
We were unsure if they would fit our existing table. Without hesitation Julie suggested that we take two of the chairs home to see if they fitted !
Now that is customer service, with a smile.
Order placed for six chairs.

The thing that made the experience first class was the staff and most of all Symone who never rushed use but was there when we needed her with great advise covering the things you really need to know when making a big investment in new furniture. we felt all stores could do with a Symone it was just first class customer service

Our first ever visit and we already had an idea of what sofas we wanted and were guided by Paul B who was very informative and pointed out certain aspects. we made our choice, and can't believe it was all so efficient, very pleased.

We have recently bought a dining table and chairs, and a 2 seater sofa from Nettletons. The staff especially Andy were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and we were left to browse without getting the hard sell. I also dealt with Danny regarding garden furniture and again, excellent service - he rang me back not long after I called with the answer to my questions. Delivery guys amazing. Very polite, professional and friendly. 5 star service.

As new customers of Nettleton's we were made to feel welcome and offered advice and help in a friendly way. There was none of the usual salesroom pressure and staff were courteous and friendly. Simone and Paul were especially helpful and friendly.

The entire experience was very good and the small personal touches by Nettleton's made us very glad we choose to buy our new furniture from them.

Good customer service, friendly and helpful

We came into the store yesterday for the first time and were able to find, and purchase 3 sofas for our first home!! We are very pleased to get them all from the same place due to the great selection. Symone was more than helpful whilst we were at the store and we will definitely be back in the future.

Danny was really helpful. He took time to find out what I was looking for and did some research as the spec of my wardrobe is different to those in store. Very happy that my second Wiemann wardrobe is on its way. Good quality wardrobes built in your bedroom without fuss. Thanks Danny for keeping me in touch with the order process every step of the way.

Absolutely flawless service from beginning to end. From entering the shop to browse sofas initially, to ordering some on our second visit, to delivery today, Nettletons have been nothing but helpful and polite.

The lady who helped us in the shop (Simone) was very knowledgable and helpful, took our order, and then kept in touch about progress and a slight delay. The delivery team were brilliant too, arrived in time, installed the sofas, all good.

This is our second purchase from Nettleton’s. It’s taken a lifeline of growing up to afford this quality of furniture and customer service , but it is well worth it.

I am a repeat customer. We were glad to see Paul once again, we got great service from Paul the last time and we hoped he would be there again. There was a good display of quality products and Paul took us through the options and explained the guarantees. Free delivery was very welcome, other business were asking ridiculous amounts of for delivery which put me off. We got a 2 seater G-plan sofa and was delivered without fuss.

A new sofa was delivered today, and it is fabulous!!
Satisfaction all round and very efficient. It started with Andy the salesman at the shop in Horbury where there were oddles of choice, so he was ultra helpful. Payment methods were easy and with good communication from the factory end,, the delivery drivers were punctual and polite.
