W&T Nettleton Reviews 

We phoned W&T Nettleton, Horbury Bridge to discuss a new mattress. Spoke to Symone who was very helpful listening to our requirements and discussing suitable mattresses. She was friendly yet professional and there was no hard sell.
We decided to drive over to W&T Nettleton where we said hello to Symone who gave us directions to the bed centre and phoned Ben to let us know we were on our way across.
Ben was very knowledgeable and let us bounce on various mattresses until we found the right orthopedic mattress. Once we had made our decision he asked us to check out a similar mattress but different brand to ensure that we had made the right decision. Again no hard sell.
As the bed centre became busier Symone came across to help. Between them we discussed delivery, what to expect when the mattress was delivered and mattress care.
Emails are keeping us up-to date with our delivery date and they have a warehouse to store the mattress if we are not quite ready for delivery.

A great shopping experience. Really nice showroom with a good range of furniture and displays from different brands. We found exactly the sofa and chair we were looking for at a good price. Just the right level of attention from staff without feeling pressurised but attentive and knowledgable. Symone was really helpful and let us take the swatch books home to help us to make a quick decision. Would definitely recommend.

What a great company to deal with!
From visiting the bed section of the store where we had really good, but not pushy advice, to the order, and the delivery yesterday. They kept us informed at every stage including tracking on delivery day. Heavy mattress was delivered quickly and efficiently. Why aren’t all companies like this. Old fashioned, good service.

A big thank you to the delivery men who really helped to get my new suite in our room which was a real challenge. Also to the carpet fitter who has done a fantastic job. So happy with both delivery & carpet men who normally don’t get the thanks they need.
In the shop when we bought sofas & carpet there was no pressure selling & free to browse which is a big plus & service was there when we needed to ask any questions.
A great big thank you to everyone for excellent service all round.

Nettletons have a great range of products and the staff are very knowledgeable. I purchased a riser recliner to match an existing sofa and Symone went to a lot of trouble to answer my many questions and called meback quickly. Lovely service and highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by Andy who provided sound knowledge on a replacement leather suite. Although we have used Nettleton's on numerous occasions in the past, we have always been looked after and therefore we will always come back...Good job Andy, thanks!

This store has a great range of furniture on display and the staff are attentive but not intrusive. Our salesman, Young Paul, was knowledgeable about the furniture that we wanted to purchase and didn't try to sell any of the unwanted add-ons that come when buying elsewhere. My only warning is, come prepared, if you aren't sure what you want to buy bring a packed lunch as you can spend all day browsing. Certainly recommend this store without hesitation.

Paul left the choice to us and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very polite and understanding. We did not feel under pressure to buy anything.

Visiting W&T Nettleton was a great experience. The range is excellent and we eventually found what we were looking for. Simone was absolutely fantastic, she helped us with everything we needed to know, and never tried pushing us in any direction, and showed the patience of a saint when we couldn't make our minds up between two lovely suits. We will definitely be back when we need anything else.

I recently visited Nettletons in Horbury with my elderly mother who was looking for a replacement 2 seater sofa.
We have both purchased furniture regularly over the years from Nettletons & always been happy with the quality & customer service.
On this occasion we were helped by Julie Mortimer who narrowed our search down really quickly. She was exceptionally helpful to my mother & kindly let us take fabric sample books home.
Mum was so pleased she ended up purchasing 2 sofas to fully replace her existing ones. They have since been delivered & she is delighted with them.

Recently visited Nettletons several times looking at sofa sets. They have a fabulous choice of quality furniture at very competitive prices.Customer service from all was excellent. Julie was friendly, helpful and never pushy. She gave great advice and was very knowledgeable on the products. I was able to loan fabric swatches to help make the best choice. All in all a first class shopping experience and I am now eagerly awaiting delivery.

My experience at Nettletons was excellent. The shop has a friendly and relaxed feel and Symone was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I browsed at my leisure and without pressure but she was there to help when I needed her.

We have been customers for many years, just had our third suite delivered. First class from beginning to end. Sales persons always helpful and knowledgeable.
Storage until the suite was needed, no problem.
Delivery absolutely fantastic. We were worried it would be too big, they made it look easy.
