My husband and I got a really lovely couch from them at a very discounted price. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Even the manager came to talk to us in person which I thought was just peak customer service. They also gave us massive discount on a couch we wanted but could not afford the displayed price saying they love to help young couples starting out.
We will definitely be back for more furniture. They also offer free delivery which was convenient

Having spent several days looking in a variety of sofa stores. Accidentally found this store via Google maps and made our purchase. Lots of choice, range of prices, Staff friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. Thankyou to Symone for helping us consider our choices and make our final, happy decision.

The service Danny provided was superb we tried the beds to ensure we could feel the difference and the new bed is amazing . We were kept updated and the the bed was here with in two weeks . Excellent Service from Danny when buying a new bed.

Experience very customer friendly and efficient - product information, pricing, and delivery information clearly and comprehensively given.

Excellent service. Symone was very helpful. I have purchased furniture from this company before and no problems at all. They are not pushy they leave you to look round at your own leisure paul and Symone asked if we wanted tea or coffee while looking round and the manager thanked us before leaving. If I need anymore furniture I will definitely be going back to Nettletons

Today we where helped by Danny from the start felt very at ease he answered all the questions we had for him regarding the product we wanted to purchase in the end we got the Mattress that we required will definitely use this company again Danny was very professional and very knowledgeable about the product.

Choosing a new sofa, we were invited to sit a while to feel which was the most comfortable. Paul Bromley our salesman was extremely helpful, getting us a swatch, and never pushing us, it was a good experience with a lot of choice of quality sofas to look at, we tried them all!! But found exactly what we wanted in the perfect colour

Great experience from start to finish Danny was very polite throughout the whole process our Hypnos mattress just ten years old and in need of replacement we came with the intention of purchasing the same mattress but Nettletons also stock mill brook a make we’ve had in the past Danny gave us a complete detailed description 5000 springs Hampshire wool filling very comfortable so we ordered the milbrook mattress based on a experience in the past Nettletons still have good family values and a very good reputation I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nettletons and Danny not once did we feel pressured thanks again

Danny was welcoming and pleasant with an easygoing manner. At the same time, being clearly well- informed, he was able to advise in a non-pushy (thank goodness) way.
Choosing a mattress is never easy but Danny was painstaking in his explanations and instruction, and I felt confident that I could contact him at any time for further clarification if required.
All in all, it was great customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Visited this shop so many times to find the perfect suite. And at last found it. Julie the assistant could not do enough for us and explained everything. No pressure to buy which was great just left to stroll around till we needed help. If you are looking for a suite, table chairs, lamps etc, this is the shop to go to.

This is the sixth time I've visited the Horbury shop & the sixth time I've made a purchase. Each time I've been assisted/guided by Paul, he has played a key role in helping me decide on some excellent choices. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him again.

Today I bought my second purchase from Paul Bromley at Nettletons. It was a mattress and Paul guided me through the choices and was helpful and knowledgeable. He was not pushy and spent time with me ensuring that I made the right decision. The showroom is well stocked and the beds are beautifully presented. Customer service during and after sales is excellent.

Well once again i am happy to say just how impressed i am with this company. Simone you are a star. So helpful from begining to the end. Had my beautiful dining room furniture delivered today followed by a call to ask if everything was ok. First class service. Thank you
