had delivery of mattress king sized which was real heavy, had to wait downstairs while they delivered it, signed delivery note went upstairs to check and they had propted the mattress against open bedroom door and weight had taken door off hingers they had disappeared, they say it was signed for has delivered so no responsibility on their part, total rubbish theres one star on comment and that is only because couldnt delete the last one they cost me well over £250 for new door and fitting

Took day off today to wait for delivery that had been confirmed the evening before. At 8 am this morning received a text to confirm all was OK for delivery within the agreed 3 hour time slot (though not guaranteed).
5 minutes later received a further text to advise the van had broken down and they would get in touch when assessed.
No more than 5 minutes later received another text saying the van was unable to be repaired roadside.
Now call me slightly sceptical here but how on earth did a technician get to the van to assess the problem, send the report back to HQ for them to send me a text - all within 5 minutes? That is either fantastic service or a complete and utter bare faced lie. Hmmm, I wonder which one??!!
Anyway, as instructed I rang to arrange a new delivery date / time. Now, as well as being a sceptic, I am not the most patient of people, so when I was given the same time slot on a Saturday (11 - 2 - not guaranteed) I offered the robot I spoke to that I would only accept a "by 9am delivery" as I would not be prepared to wait in all day with the probability of being let down further. Robot promptly read from excuse card that this was not possible offering her apologies but really not giving 2 hoots - I guess that complaints are like water off a ducks back so venting my frustrations were a little wasted. I asked if I could speak to someone in authority only to be apologised to again by robot that the planner was not going to talk to me and wasn't going to plan an acceptable delivery time and that no-one in authority was willing to speak to me.
Companies like this should go bust and it's a shame large retailers use them as they also get the bad press due to "don't care less" attitude.
Rhenus - absolute lunacy
Rhenus were meant to deliver an item for me today. They wouldn’t wait 5 minutes as my parent had to pop out after waiting in all afternoon. Choosing instead to take the goods back to warehouse over 200miles away and reschedule delivery. They wouldn’t give a new delivery approximation until the goods were back in the warehouse.

Awful. Received a text with a link to confirm my collection date, link didn't work. Numerous call attempts to the phone number provided weren't answered. Emails unanswered. How on earth do they expect someone to confirm a date when you can't contact them. So bad.
Network 4 are a bunch of c#nts
Ordered bed through carpet right and network 4 gave us a time slot of Saturday 28th Oct between 2pm and 5pm. The Wednesday before our date they tried to rebook it and I had to chase them to get back our slot which I managed to do.
Went out on today and missed a call at 12.55 no voicemail left so I called back at 12.58 and left a voice mail to call me back not knowing who it was.
Got home 5 minutes later and waited in but no delivery it's now 5pm and found out that the picks who were doing our delivery have been at 12.55 but left no cards or anything.
We are left with no bed and no way of contacting to get our bed we paid good money for .
Carpet right should find another delivery service cos these are a bunch of c#nts , stay away at all costs.

Delivered kingsize mattress on behalf of Carpetright. Notified of delivery dates available and selected Saturday delivery. Texted 2 days prior to delivery date to advise 3 hour time slot. Called by delivery team 5 minutes prior to their arrival to notify. Delivered to upstairs bedroom by two men who also took away old mattress. Polite, no fuss, no problems. Mattress as ordered, no damage to package or product. Well done!

'Carol' just hung up on me after telling me they aren't delivering 2 beds to us (despite knowing that they hadn't been loaded yesterday and sending me out a text to tell me they are on their way!) I'm 6 months pregnant and the other bed is for my 3 year old. Our old beds got took to the tip this morning - what are we supposed to do?! 'Carol' didn't care , she was just doing her job - badly. Apparently there was no one but her there to escalate it to either... on site where there is a warehouse and office space. Health and safety breach anyone? Or complete lie from such an incompetent company.

Although I got a text to say delivery would be 2 hours late it turned up in the original window. They called 10 minutes before their arrival. They took their shoes off at the door were polite, put the bed together took away rubbish all in 15 minutes. Great service thank you.

What a shower of S**ts sent us a text to say the mattress we had ordered from Carpet right would be delivered this morning between 7-10 am.
7 am for gods sakes, this meant we had to be up and ready for them at 7 am.
Surprise nothing delivered by 10 am so we've been up and waiting for 3 hours .
At 11 Am we get a voice mail, god knows how they can leave a voice mail with out the phone ringing, to say sorry your delivery wont be coming today. please ring on Monday to rearrange delivery.
No one answers the phone, it goes to answer phone if you ring on a Saturday, but there must be someone there to ring us.......
The Company is a complete joke. I will be raising this with Carpet right.
All I can say is this company must be very cheap as they can't rely on customer feed back to get work.
If I could have rated them with no star it would have been 3 stars too many.

Thank god I didn't read these reviews before my delivery, otherwise I would have been slightly panicky to say the least. However, I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest deliveries I've ever had. Informed every step of the way and delivered within the time slot . I can't thank the delivery guys enough. Bought a super king bed from carpetright and although I knew it would fit up the stairs as we've had one before, it's a really tight squeeze and took a lot of patience and manoeuvring, big, big thank you to Aaron & Josh, they didn't give up bless them and soo polite. Network4, these guys are a credit to you. Unfortunately, there was a hole and a rip on the divan base, which we didn't spot until the pacakaging was removed. Aaron took a photo & I saw his electronic report which reported the damage, so it remains to be seen how this is dealt with, as I assume it's the manufacturers problem.

I have been waiting for 9 days for Network 4 to contact me regarding an order that I placed with another company, for whom they deliver. I have received no communication and I cannot get through to Network 4, no-one answers the phone; consequently, I have advised the company that I placed my order with that I will be cancelling due to their delivery partners woefully inadequate service and suggested that they find a professional delivery company to work with.
No problems at all - once I contacted them for free
I was a little nervous about having them do the pickup of a mattress after our 100 night trial through another company. The initial text they sent was quick, but the link didn't work. I was worried that I would have to call the 0845 number which would cost a lot of money to fix a problem they caused. But I found their website network4.co.uk / ContactUs.aspx , which had a free contact page along with an email address, and within an hour they had responded to the email, confirmed pickup, and everything was sorted out for free. They texted again the day before giving a 3 hour window, and called when they were 45 minutes away to give an update as to when they would show up. When they arrived, they quickly took a photo to confirm they picked it up, and away it went with no problems.
Even though the link didn't work, I used their web tracking which showed all the updated information before they came which made it quite efficient overall.

The only thing these guys can deliver is disappointment!
They had four attempts at delivering an item from JYSK to me over a two month period. The first time they delivered part of it to the wrong customer and a replacement had to be sent. The second time they didn't show up (claimed van had broken down). The third time they didn't show up (no reason given). The fourth time *surprise surprise* they didn't show up (back to broken down van). I gave up and cancelled the order after that.
They're an incompetent disgrace of a company who ask you to call the premium rate 0845 number which is their only contact point at every possible opportunity. Anyone reading, please always call the retailer you dealt with instead and don't fall for that nonsense and fund these cowboys!

After numerous phone calls saying he couldn't find the shop, I sent a member of staff to find him. He was sat having bought a costas coffee smoking a cigarette on a bench, having made no attempt to find the shop as we are off the main street. He then handed her a shelf unit to carry saying he had no.time!! This was a unit from jysk at a cost of £20 and he can't even bring it to the door...disgusting.

Horrible company. I spent all day waiting for delivery and I didn't get my items. I bought the furniture on website and now is nearly one month like i wait for delivery.
I've got sms, that delivery will be on Saturday between 12 and 15 but nothing happend. No call, no message...

Worse company ever
Worse company ever. The staff are rude they also expect you to call an 0845 number to confirm delivery which has you on hold for ages so cost alot on top of what you already paid for delivery or pick up. They leave you feeling frustrated after talking to them on the phone due to their rude attitude with no customer service at all. Waited in all day then called the 0845 yet again to be told it's coming the next day as they tried to call me of which i got a call that rang for 3 seconds on private number then hung up as I got the phone!
