I just wanted to say that I love my sweatshirt and joggers, finally the ads in instagram are worth it.
I have been looking for a 100% cotton warm cosy clothes for a very long time and they were always so thin everywhere. But Siri heard me complaining about not finding something thick and cosy and here you are.
I also wanted to thank you for your prices. I want a black hoodie too (that you do not have 😔) and in some other shop it costs 115 pounds. They say they plant a tree but honey I donated to plant like 10 trees and that costed less than 10 pounds. So I appreciate you don’t want to be niche but truly want the best for the world.

If I can say one thing, I am a skinny not-curvy-at-all girl so I use XS, your S fitted me well so that was exciting too. But the joggers are made for curvy girls. If you ever make XS, apart from cutting some centimetres from the cuffs please consider too make the hip-leg part smaller too. I know XS curvy girls exist but generally the tiny versions of human beings are quite flat.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago and still not received. Was never advised of a long delay or wouldn’t have bothered ordering

Sizing is off. Should portray sizing better via Instagram. Unflattering when worn as a set, even when playing w different sizes.

Great quality and so comfortable! I ordered a black long sleeve top and full length tights. I am a size 10 and ordered the M/L size and they fit perfectly. I wasn't sure if they would be too big but it was fine. My order came within a few days too.

Not suitable for tall people sadly. I'm 5ft 10 and I ordered a medium pair of leggings and a small top and the leggings weren't long enough and gave me such a wedgey. Im skinny too so I was surprised and very disappointed. Lovely clothes though! Just not for me sadly

The sizing of the leggings is terrible. Im normally a 34/36. I couln't even fit in a S. Had to send everything back.

Worst Customer Service experience! never buy buy them. I ordered two sets because shipping to australia is expensive so the two sets would make it worthwhile. After my payment i was refunded for one set because of a warehouse stick mistake saying they were actually out of stock. I wanted to cancel my whole order since shipping was too expensive now but they wouldn’t let me. and now i’m asking for a refund on shipping and the item because it wasn’t what i ordered. (i wanted both sets or none) After countless back and forth emails they don’t understand that they can’t alter my order and then continue with shipping it without my approval so i’ve had to go to paypal to get the refund.
They were condescending and I will never buy from them again and neither should you

I think the service is alright, I do find difficulty in the return policy because they don't provide a return sticker and the shipping is not covered.

The leggings were not the quality I hoped for. The size range needs improvement, I’m a 14-16 and their biggest size was too snug for me.
No free returns is something that should really not be a thing in this day and age of online shopping. Unfortunately I would not recommend this brand.
