it took forever to get the order and when i finally had it everything fit terribly couldnt even workout in this stuff

I love love the tights I bought and I also loved the shape of the crop but when I tried it on the zip broke to the point I now have to get it fully replaced which costs way more.

Owner is very dismissive and aggressive, which is reflected in their business practices. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this brand. Many more smaller brands with more genuine people running them.

Great quality material in unique colour. I ordered the top in a size larger because my size was out of stock but because the material is so stretchy it still fits! Delivery was very fast.

I ordered $150+ worth of their leggings and tops in June. It's the 29th of Sept and I still don't have them. I've emailed their customer support, and after waiting 1 month, they replied saying it's still in transit. I waited another few weeks for the parcel to arrive - but the tracking number said it was still in the UK. I emailed the same support email for an update - no response. I have been emailing since the end of July and they haven't replied since. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop here again - and will be telling everyone what happened.

Purchase with neu apparel and unfortunately the last. I refunded the 2 pairs of shorts as they gave me an unflattering look (camel toe) and it’s 18 days later and I’ve still not received my refund. Customer service was not satisfactory.

Have been trying to return £70 worth of items / receive confirmation to do this for weeks now. Still waiting. Any help appreciated

The quality of the products is amazing, the comfiest activewear I own. Very stretchy material. Even during the pandemic arrived quickly and customer service answered my questions quickly too. Really pleased :)

I must start off by saying my order took one month to arrive due to covid-19, so be prepared to wait a while for your delivery, however...I ordered the mocha and pistachio coloured sports bra and leggings and WOW. Perfect fit, so flattering, gorgeous colours, amazing quality and sustainable packaging. I could not have asked for more from the products.
