Since the first time I use the helmet I…

Since the first time I use the helmet I felt a change, my vision was much clearer , I could hear better and my nose got unclogged. Had my nose clogged since I know myself ....I am using it every day and my mom too. She has Parkinson and problems sleeping, now she has no tremor at all , still taking the medication, and she is sleeping much better. Also her arthritis pain is much better handled during the night. I am very happy with my investment.

Loved the customer service very…

Loved the customer service very attentive and reply fast to our questions. We have even seen improvements with using it on our father who had a stroke earlier this year. Thank you to all the crew at neuronics.

Much improved brain function with Neuronic Light

When I started using the Neuronic Light helmet, I began having terrible post sinus drainage, causing a constant cough. So with the advice of my therapist, I lowered the times to 3 minutes and the sinus problem improved, so I continued that for several days. Then I increased to 4, then 5 and now 6 minutes.

I have a TBI and have had severe brain problems, both cognitive and emotional for 38 years, but since I began the light therapy, only a few minutes, twice a day, I have noticed much improved sleep and a sound mind during the day. My thinking is faster and more decisive. And my emotions are much more stable. It goes without saying that I am enjoying it more and more as I increase the times.

A great team and great product!

A great team of people who want to help people. Fabulous customer support, and a great product. Imagine how many older people could stay out of expensive, lonely nursing homes, if they used this simple helmet preventatively? The Neuronic 1070 is cheaper than one month in a nursing home. Let’s prevent some of the cognitive declines that are projected to be huge in the next few years!

Excellent phone support

I have only been using the Neuronic helmet for a couple of months but I feel that it's helping. The other day, I couldn't get the light to come on. I regret I don't have the name of the woman who helped me but she walked me through some possible fixes and it worked! Great phone support!

Not impressed

Helmet seems ok. It was kind of beat up when I got it and the fitting pads in the front and back had come off and stuck to the plastic that had wrapped the helmet, thus were no longer usable. I inquired about getting some new padding but have yet to receive it. Have to just hold the helmet on right now while using it and it’s not very comfortable. Seems a bit ridiculous given the cost.

The helmet will not connect to any device I've tried, and at this point I'm very frustrated that I cannot change the programs.

After a month I ve purshed the neuronic, Ihave just received it. the delay is 0ne month so, my waranty is just 11 months not 12. furthermore I do not recomend UPS for delivering. Today I am going to start my journey with my device. .I"let you know later how it works.

Very happy so far!

So far, we love the helmet. It is super easy to set up and the directions are clear. The app is also very easy to set up and program. It has taken my mum some getting used to as she is less familiar with using apps in general, but we created a routine for her and she getting the hang of it. We look forward to hopefully seeing some progress after more long time use!

Wearing the helmet is not very…

Wearing the helmet is not very comfortable, when first got the helmet it came with adhesive pads that didn’t stick. I requested a replacement pad, and was sent a very thin pad that connects to back of helmet. Really no padding to the strip, it just covered up the back strap. So, I’m not happy with the discomfort wearing the helmet.

Alyssa Made The Process Easy

Once Alyssa Igarta got involved and I was able to text and talk to her on the phone, my questions were answered and she had great info as to how we shoild be using the cap. She also explained what our power problem was trying to use the battery pack and gave me all info necessary to get a replacement battery pack. Alyssa has been great.
