Very disappointing. Can't seem to get a copy sent at all.

Decided to give this as a Christmas present, starting January 2023. But so far (March 2023) no magazines have arrived. January copy didn't come, so it was promised with the February copy. That also hasn't arrived. I think something is seriously wrong with their process, as it can't be that difficult to print and post something. Very disappointed, as it was intended to keep an elderly mum in contact with everything her world-spread family are up to.

Used to be excellent but now, something is going wrong

We have been subscribed to Neveo for two or three years and my 91 year old mother looked forward to receiving her photo mag every month. However, over the last 6 months things have gone badly wrong, Whether they have been a victim of their own success I don't know but clearly something is going wrong with the business. Over the last 6 months or so her magazine hasn't arrived on 5 occasions and I have had to contact them and then wait another month for a re-print. It is now the 22 Dec and she hasn't received the October or November editions despite contacting them about it and asking them to check their systems. When you contact them you get the standard, 'off the shelf' answer that that it must be the postal system but clearly there is something wrong at their end - but do they sort it - clearly not.
