We had a conversation via email that lasted for about 25 messages back and forth. The package got delayed and my country is dumb so they were very helpful trough and through.

They first emailed me when I made a mistake I’m not putting the billing address when I was shipping to a friend and was very flexible and helpful in our communication. When I asked them to change the shipping to a different country because my friend and I were going overseas for a month, they quickly handled the change. One of the best customer services I’ve received.

So helpful and quick to change a mistake really great customer service will shop again!

Total trash, all stuffs are very poor quality, sizes doesn't match. It's all from aliexpress. Basically, they just put on it new plastic patches so they don't brake any law but it's scum neveretheless on the edge of law. Good advice, don't buy anything there. If you feel you need items they are insert, just go to Aliexpress and buy it there for 1/5 of price

Horrible customer service. They have made the return process as difficult as possible.

First, when I asked to return my items, the customer service kept on trying to convince me to keep the items. Making up lies such as "it will be cheaper for you to keep the items than returning them". The return address is in the UK, it does not cost much to ship back your return parcel.

After I shipped the return parcel with Royal Mail second class service and provided all the evidence that it was shipped to the address they have provided. They refused to refund me because I was unable to provide a tracking number. When I asked them to ship the parcel back to me so I can send it back with a service that does provide a tracking number, they refused with the same reasoning and offer half amount of refund.

This whole situation has been dragging on for two month. I am now appealing with my credit card company to dispute the payment. If you want to shop with them, do not expect high quality items or decent customer service.

I ordered a pair of boots 2 months ago for $99, then tried to cancel my order a few days after the initial purchase. I received 5 emails back that were not very helpful and asked for information that I had already provided.

One example is:
"Hi, I'm sorry you said new rock tower shoes can you send the link?
we can modify your order for you, you don't need to cancel the order, because our warehouse dispatches the goods according to the order time, if you cancel the order and place the order again, the delivery may be delayed.You can directly send me the detail information about what you want to change item, I will change item for you.
Please let me know if you still wanna cancel, and please reply us as soon as possible.
Thank you very much,
Have a nice day!"

I still have not received a refund, or the boots I originally purchased, I just paid $99 to a company for nothing. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

The sizes I ordered turned out to be too large. Nevstudio was amazing with their support and gave me multiple options for exchanging the products for smaller sizes. Highly recommend this brand and their lovely support team.

The customer service is really helpful. They reply quickly and are really nice !

The clothes are super expensive and simultaneously very poor quality. Basically fell apart when I put them on, so poorly made. Also really bad fit, clothes look nothing like the pics. When I contacted to return them they’ve basically refused and offered store credit instead. Do not buy. This place has clearly posted their own high-rated reviews to balance out the real 1 star reviews. Wish I’d investigated a bit better.

Its consistently reliable and the quality of their products is top notch. Might be tempted to check other places perhaps better prices, but nowhere else is as consistently as reliable as nevstudio. overall for the quality, and fine selection and customer service it well worth being hassle free experience

Do NOT buy from this company, I ordered a pair of jeans from them and they ended up being too small, it states on their website they offer a full refund or an exchange for a different sized item, but they kept trying to give me alternatives, they tried to charge me £20 extra to have a larger size sent out to me despite what their website says, after going back and fourth emailing with them telling them I want a full refund they eventually gave me an address in the UK, it’s been two weeks and not been delivered, phoned Royal Mail and they told me there are multiple different company’s under the address they gave me and that none match the details they gave me, they’re a scam do not waste your money on this poorly handled company.

I ordered the wrong size of a piece of clothing, they got in touch with me and like less than 24 hours and changed my order. Great customer service👍

The size I ordered was too small so I had to do an exchange. They offered me various options as alternative because I didn’t get a response at first and sending it back would be expensive (could still choose to send it back tho so they gave me the choice). Amazing costumer service, very kind people.

Ordered from here so many times. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and the response and update was super quick. Clothes are great quality 👌

The clothes have very cheap quality, and the return policy is unbelievably bad. They do not provide a label and do not give any estimates about the cost of returning their items. It is absolutely unhelpful. The only thing they offer is a $10 voucher for the next purchase of their horrible clothes, which do not look like the pictures. The items are just a cheap stuff from Aliexpress

Ordered a couple of times and everything great. They have amazing support chanels and are quick to answer!
