Nevstudio is very fast and efficient - After putting my order through, they had it processed and shipped much faster than expected. (A different company I had previously ordered from took almost 2 months whereas Nevstudio took a week, at most).
They are also accommodating - I had a sizing mistake and after seeing it, required customer service support. The support team was very quick in replying and giving me viable and a wide range of advice/options. My issue had been promptly sorted and because of this, I can't wait to order more in the future!

I ordered pants that are too small and when I have uphole to see how to do it, I was served with great kindness

Quick responds to any kind of changes in my order. My products didn’t arrive yet but I am satisfied with the quality of service

Well my parcel got lost,
then they tried to resend me the items but they werent in stock anymore.
So they offered me rather gift cards or to replace those items. Sure I am mad, cause I didnt get my items, but they did everything to make me happy. Also they are very kind. The only thing I would criticize is that they are not avaible all the time so you have to be patient

Amazing customer service. The quality of the clothing is also really good. I had an issue about a certain clothing that i had recieved and asked them what options i could do for another but different size and they were quick to help find a solution. Definately worth the money and wait for it.

They cancelled two items I had, however they were replaced.

I had placed in order but due to the order not being able to make it in time I email them to cancel and just like that I was refunded

Made a purchase with the wrong size, contacted them and they got back to me the next day having fixed it for me! I’ve had great customer service from them in the past! I’m just careful to get anything I don’t like because their return policy is notoriously difficult and expensive

Ordered the NEV dark punk folds harem pants and they just arrived. It exceeded my expectations as far as fit and quality, and I am pleased to say they are exactly as I had hoped they would be.

Incorrectly ordered a wrong size at first. This issue was resolved immediately via contacting support.
Products arrived 18 days early. Product quality is 9/10 with the exception of the necklace (cheap dog-tag like chain). Few loose threads here and there but the scissors sorted that.

Overall, brilliant experience. Will be purchasing again.

They accidentally sold me a piece that was out of stock and quickly offered me store credit or a refund. They were amicable and very easy to work with, definitely recommend.

The delivery service claims to have delivered when it did not deliver. NevStudio sent me again the product right away without asking me anything. Thank you so much.

My overall shopping experience with this shop is 3 stars so far. If I have to rate the materials for the quality, I can only give one star. I am a customer from Hong Kong. When I ordered their clothing items from this website, I noticed the shipment came from Guangzhou, China. So all the items are made and manufactured in china. To most of the customers from western countries may think the items are relatively cheap, I personally think the quality of the materials are low scale, which is not worth 60USD per piece because the same quality of clothes you can buy in china may only cost you USD20. So the products from this shop are overpriced. The website did a great advertising which makes the image of clothes look very good on models. For that matter, I give a 4 stars for its design. However, the actual items do not make you look cool comparing to the models wearing it on the websites. Again, it is because of the quality. I feel like I wasted it 700USD on 12 items that I ordered. Therefore, I will not order it again from this shop. I don’t despise china. This shop obviously is trying to market the low quality products with low cost to customers from western countries for high profit margin. After I understand it is just a business.
