Matt’s expertise was truly impressive—he quickly diagnosed the problem and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the NIBE heat pump system, including every button and function. His knowledge and professionalism were remarkable, and I was genuinely impressed by the service he provided.

Engineer arrived at said time and let me know 20mins before his arrival. Very helpful and answered all of my questions that cropped up since installation.

The engineer is so lovely and very knowledgeable. Always on time and New Heat are a great company to have looking after my heat pump and soon my solar and battery storage .

We had no heating and were able to get an engineer within a few days which helped. Matt, the engineer, was really helpful, fixed our issue and completed the service quickly and efficiently. He also gave me lots of advice on keeping the ASHP unit running efficiently. A great service and thoroughly recommended.

Engineer was helpful with good explanation of problems. He was on time and gave useful recommendations. He was confident the problem found could be corrected without too much delay.

The company informed me that the engineer was on his way as arranged.
He removed his shoes and then did the checks according to his plan, both in the house and on the ASHP.
We also discussed the possibility of improving the performance of a radiator due to an inflator blockage made by the original installer.

I can not highly recommend this company enough the whole team from start to finish. A huge special thank you to Head of renewable who was a guy called stuart who came round and discussed the about the whole thing in on costs and then set it up, with his colleagues Jo who is the Renewable Co-ordinator and Martin the surveyor. I can not mention enough about the plumbers that came Chris, Alex and Jamie who worked so hard from start to finish very clean and tidy and proud of the work they do was awesome, I would also like to mention the electricians Warren & James did an awesome job laying the wiring for the heat pump they hooked it up to my electric box and then to round to the heat pump in seconds extremely tidy.
Martin who was the surveyor came round before it all got installed was very helpful too he even came round to make sure it was all going to plan.
Would highly recommend any one who has hive to remove it if they have solar panel, and have the correct control system as it will not work properly instead get the eddi which works with the solar panels if you have them.
Would like to thank Matt who then checked and signed it all off, also Gemma sales Co-ordinator who also came round too so it was nice to meet the team.
The communication has been absolutely fantastic from the start all my questioning have asked does not matter what it is they’ve always answered.
Since having new heat the radiators are working 100% better when they were tested so looking forward to using in the winter. The heat pump was so quite when they tested it.

Job: decommissioning our old air source heat pump, replacing it with a new Vaillant heat pump. As we have lived with a ASHP for many years, I knew what I was looking for in a system and company when it came to replacing our old system. New Heat was the only company I contacted who knew what they were talking about, answering all my technical questions. From start to finish, New Heat has been a delight to work with. The installation team has been terrific, dedicated, hard working, courteous and professional. Even though there was a hiccup in a delivery from a supplier, the team ensured that we were fully informed at all times. The site was left tidy and the functions of the heat pump were fully explained. I have no hesitation in recommending New Heat.

from start to finish, they were super professional, came to the property and they offered me options, it was super easy and the workmanship was to a really high standard, they left my property clean everyday, and explain everything to me, really happy with their service. Thank you.

Matt came to diagnose a low-flow issue with our Mitsubishi Heat Pump. He diagnosed the system, checked for possible issues and discussed recommended options to remedy the issue. We booked him for a next visit to pressure clean the whole heating circuit which has improved the flow in the end. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing so we understood how the system worked and what was affected. Thank you for the perfect customer service and the work he's done. Everything was done to the highest standard and left nice and tidy afterwards.
