This a well-organised professional, efficient, but very friendly company. The work to install the Air Source heat pump took a solid four days, during a cold week, most of which was using four electric heaters to keep the house warm. Everything went very smoothly and no problem or preference of ours was too much trouble to sort out. The only slightly unwelcome surprise was the size of the outdoor unit. On the other hand, the heat in the pipes was no less than before the installation and better than a friend who called to check and compare has experienced. The team were neat, careful and considerate. Top marks!
