I had package for delivery with ups Fter many day today I track my package and tracking icon show me that I will receive my package at 7 pm because I do not want to lose my package i stay home all day about 5.30 pm I see icon show me you will receive the package Monday 7 pm that made me so sad so I call ups office ask for reason of delay. Customer service person told me by 5 pm driver bring your package no body was home ...I was home all day I didnt go out for second. Now just wanna say for delivery mosley of company usually are late ...ups as well but other companies not lie ...about delivery UPS is not ontime plus they are lawyer also ... they was good long time go ..but not anymore

Blue Square Utilities

They sent an operative to fit gas and electric smart meters.
Before leaving he went re ignite our Aga in the process he damaged the gas flow valve and igniter.
We are trying to get the cost of repair back - Blue square claim the gas flow valve wasn’t working when he arrived and are refusing to pay for the damage. the stove was working perfectly when he arrived. Had the gas flow valve not been working the Aga would have been cold !
I’ve tried to contact them but the phone just rings then cuts off.
A glance at their accounts shows Negative equity of over a million pounds despite an intangible share premium reserve of £807000 - and cash in hand of just under £52000 - I think this explains why they won’t reimburse us for the damage caused by a poorly trained operative.
They appear to have been sub-subcontracted by a subcontractor and so I don’t know whether our energy company are aware of Blue Squares’ standards of work and behaviour.
Additionally the meters do not work as intended.

All I can say was the advice and helpfulness from the company and their chosen courier was perfect and seamless.

Really disguisted with our stay.at the holidayInn Southampton. When we arrived we were greeted with dirty sheets on the floor. They moved us to another room and the key card did not work properly so we had to go to reception for them to sort it out.

Later on we had dinner in the restaurant and my partners steak was hardly cooked it was raw. Made him feel ill and couldn't eat the rest of the food on the plate. Honestly wouldn't have given my dog that steak.

With everything with covid it was not very reassuring to be in a high risk setting where infection control measures were clearly failing.

Customer services were very rude and unhelpful seriously I would not recommend this hotel it is shocking

Just to let you all know I placed an order with Airydress total £51.94 all was returned the next day (you pay the postage) and even though one dress was a totally different colour they deduct money off each returned item so refund was £40.52 then deduction for postage I received only £37.54
Totally feel ripped off cost me £20 for nothing

Following up on my previous review I feel it is fair to update that FedEx/TNT still haven’t contacted me with any form of explanation of what happens to my rather large 90Kg shower tray. Tracker update to show still en route back to Spain. Was sort of promised they’d found it and would deliver but that turned out to be further misinformation.
Staggering incompetence and sub zero customer service.
I don’t think I’m being unreasonable to expect at least an acknowledgment of my customer complaint.

Definitely need to raise their game and invest in product tracking and warehouse management.

Approachable & Affordable

I don’t know how I’ll be able to do Ruth and her talents justice in a review but she deserves every one of those stars.

From the outset, it was clear that Ruth was a true professional and she just knew her stuff; she listened and understood what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier with the finished look In my living room.

Ruth asked me what I liked and disliked. Shortly after she provided options for coordinating colours and looks and then just went to work. Communication was excellent and the whole experience couldn’t have been easier.

Why do we pay council tax if when we have a serious problem like anti social behaviour or racist slurs levelled at us they do Nothing?
Yes, I am a council tenant and my neighbor has been racially abusing me for the last 5-6 months now and three neighbors have moved out due to this BIGGOTT and after I have reported this matter for the last 6-8weeks have had no feedback or solution..
One really wonders why in the 21st century a council tenant has to suffer this? Taking into account this is the same council not so long ago someone was killed after reporting such matters again and again and nothing was done by police and I am sure the first stop would have been Bristol city council?
Anyho people just putting you in the know! If you have a problem such as this Bristol city council doesn’t seem to take it very seriously! Try ur local MP.

I would give this review a minus star rating if i could.
I employed Premier Construct Ltd,Warrington to lay a concrete base for a garden room.
They made a complete mess of the job & have caused nothing but problems.
The base they did was too small,there was a chunk of concrete missing off the front,a corner had broken off,a membrane was sticking through the concrete & rubble was left next to the base.
After returning to see the job they reluctantly agreed to come back 5 days later to rectify it.I tried to contact them to arrange a time but they ignored all my messages,needless to say they didn't return.
My builder who advertised them got in touch & again Premier agreed to rectify the problem but despite numerous attempts to contact them they also ignored My Builder who have now suspended Premier.
Premier are untrustworthy & do not carry out their promises.
Their work is shoddy & substandard.
Avoid Premier at all costs if you want the job doing correctly,don't be mislead by their dubious profile.

I caused a dent and scratches to my 25 year old Honda car. I took my car too my usual garage and received head scratching with a cannot be done. Next 2 garages the same. My Insurance mentioned they use Vizion, to pick a garage. After waiting a few days I checked Vizions website. At the top was a bodyshop, in my area, called Autotech Reading. What a brilliant choice.
I just turned up and a gentleman called Peter came outside and said, I will be able to take the dent out and repaint the scratches. He then said when it leaves my bodyshop it will be the best it can be. True to his word my car is like new, with a five year guarantee. Not only that, all the different staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and very professional. Well done Autotech.

Went to go outdoors today to have a look, not sure what we really wanted, got served by TYLER, briiliant assistant, he went through all the things that we might want then recommended what we would need, if it wasn't for him would have got a tent too big for our needs, he also recommended a ground sheet (something we had not thought of) so tent did not get muck underneath and easier to put away. Thank you TYLER

GIVE ME, hair mask. I will never use anything else on my hair now after trying the hair mask by Give Me. I recommend it to anyone who will listen (including my hairdresser) and end up giving it away for them to try. I then buy more! Started with one, to try it, bought two, bought the hamper, which had two more in. Want to try the shampoo and conditioner next.

I purchased a paranormal dna 250 box mod from grey haze online I’m trying to make a point that I spent £130 on this mod and don’t get me wrong for vaping this is a really good mod but I have noticed my battery tray at the bottom no longer holds my battery’s properly due to a very bad manafactors design I know a lot cheaper mods that have out lasted my paranormal dna 250 I thought that by spending a bit more money I might have got a slightly better build quality but not the case my vape now is unusable and I have now contacted trading standards to follow there process and I am will to go to small claims court in order to make my statement so if anyone else has experience with this same fault please let me know I do have contact details for other users of this mod with this fault but want as much evidence as I can get for my court process.

Went for a family birthday on the 30th July, we social distanced and had a wonderful meal, we were a mixture of ages ranging from children, grandchildren etc the meal was superb not one person did not like the meal that they had.

The staff were friendly and attentive, we all had a wonderful night. Thank you to all the kitchen staff and waiters.
