Been without internet almost two weeks

Been without internet almost two weeks. The text chat staff are infuriating, they do not listen to what you’re saying and just give basic, played-out and useless responses. The complaints manager is supposed to have called me each day for the last 12 days, they have not called at all and just keep messaging to change the appointment. On what planet is anyone in today’s world expected to go without broadband access for two weeks?? I don’t have terrestrial television in my house so have not had any streaming services for this whole time, nothing at all over the Xmas break. I’m unbelievably disappointed with TalkTalk, even when my services ‘work’, they drop out for a little while every evening, interrupting whatever I’m watching. On top of that, I haven’t been able to control my smart home this whole time - meaning I’ve been coming home (from the offices I’ve been forced to travel to due to not having internet all this time) to a freezing house. Hey TalkTalk, stop spending mass amounts on your janky advertising to tout for new customers, how about you look after the ones you have?

I have had no response from Talk Talk…

I have had no response from Talk Talk and cannot make calls at all. If I am very quick and catch it I can sometimes receive calls. I even bought new phones in case they were at fault. I don’t know what else to do to get a response from someone who can help. Talk Talk did not respond when sent a copy of my review. There must be managers but obviously not for me. I am still willing to pay for an engineer to do a home visit. This continued experience is making me ill. I have never been so badly treated by a company.

THANK YOU ANN AT TALKTALK HELP this lady was amazing very knowledgeable and patient her communication is definitely 5 star. She stayed on the phone and kept checking in with me with understandable instructions to help me find out why our Internet was causing problems. Talktalk should be proud of Ann she is an asset to them . Thanks from Mrs Gater...Good job!

Kerry (adviser) DIAMOND

Filled out an online form and within 2 minutes of submitting it, I had a phonecall to set up my account. The lady who called me, Kerry, was an absolute diamond and she couldn't do enough to help me. Even scrapping £80 in charges and set up fees. Thank you talk talk.
