Mixed experience
I was doing a refinancing to get a lower interest rate and the experience was, honestly, a mixed bag. Before the loan officer, Christine Miller, came onboard it was exhausting and completely frustrating because paperwork being sent to me was wrong and communication was difficult at best.
When Christine was assigned to the loan, things got much better. Communication became clearer and the experience got far less frustrating. Christine did her job effectively and efficiently.
