Decided to have a Twintec Cobalt water softener fitted by North East Water Softeners as the water in our area is the hardest, almost off the scale! Chelsea was very knowledgeable about their products. Kevin was an excellent fitter - very tidy. Such an amazing piece of equipment, fitted a week ago. Only need to top it up with blocks of salt. A worthwhile investment so far. All of our appliances are new as we live in a new build property, so hoping the lovely soft water will keep everything lasting longer. Absolutely cuts down on cleaning and saves on cleaning products. The difference was almost immediate. We now have lime scale free (and black scum free) taps and shower glass and everything that horrid lime scale clings to.

Would definitely recommend anyone in a hard water area to have this company install a water softener.

We ordered this harvey-twintec-s4 from NE Water Softeners as they had the most competitive price. Delivery was quick and longer connection pipes were easily provided to suit our needs. We installed the system ourselves without significant difficulty (I do most of my own plumbing) although it did take me sometime to make a suitable insulated box outside.
The system performance has been excellent, the shower and kettle which were previously covered in limescale now remain much cleaner.

What a fantastic company! I ordered the water softener from these guys because they were the most competitive on the market. When the plumber unpacked the machine we discovered that the courier damaged the inlet pipe. There was email exchange with the customer service team (special thanks to Chelsea), photos provided and the replacement was dispatched and arrived in 1 working day! Unfortunately DPD weren’t great but that’s another story. Can’t praise NE Water Softerners enough.

Ordered filters 3 weeks ago, still yet to receive. Had to reach out to ask what had happened before they told me that they were actually out of stock despite stating in stock which allowed me to purchase in the first place.

Easy to order and help was on hand when we needed it for a couple of minor tweaks. The unit was fairly easy to fit for a novice with little experience of plumbing and once we sorted out how to start a regeneration (🙄) all was well. Great little unit and it is working well and efficiently. Thank you.
