I decided to buy a Twintec S4 water softener based on the price offered by the company, which was definitely the one of the best I could find on the internet. In addition, their communication and delivery service was outstanding with the unit arriving by courier within 48 hours of ordering. The unit received was perfect. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend the Company.

Delivered on time. No problems and very helpful

I bought the softner and their 3 way taps in July 2023.
And the pipe of 3 way taps started to leak in December,
I have reported few times and they didn't realize the problem. In the end I need to pay for my plumber and raise where the problem is.
The water leaked to My kitchen cabinet unit and floor horribly....when I was out of the town..

Then NE sent engineer, check and admited the problem was their 3 ways taps.
But the story isn't end yet. They sent inspector in February to check and ask many question, but they didn't have positively reply how to deal with it until now, August 2024. The compensation and repairment...........to be continued

If anyone wants to buy it, take a deep consideration.
1) softener may help lime scale problem.
2) But the salt water can't feed the lawn and garden.
3) can't use softener for baby.

Ordered a tap for kitchen sink which was on an offer (20% discount) compared to the main dealership. My questions were answered via online chat and I received real photos of the product that I was going to purchase online. Once order placed, the delivery was smooth via DHL and the tap is awesome. Happy with overall experience.
