Website designed very good which making the search and selection of model very easy. Nice to see also the different discount options. Delivery has been surprisingly extremely quick and without any additional charges. All of these making a big difference with the Harvey Nash itself where they have offered me as an existing customer the price £350 higher..

Ordered this softener and fitting kit on Tuesday, it was delivered Thursday! Very fast service from NE Water Softeners. Best price I could find and highly recommended.

However - just be aware that the softener package itself does not actually include any salt in the box. Not even a 2 pack starter kit. This seems a bit remiss of the manufacturer, seeing as part of the commissioning process is to install the salt blocks.

Plus, it wasn't possible to add salt at the same time as ordering the softener, because the North East Water Softeners salt shop is a different website. (Why???). Switching from one to the other emptied the basket.

Anyway, I did order a supply for stock, that also arrived within 48 hours. So all good and ready to fit same day.

My husband ordered salt blocks on your website yesterday but received a confirmation email with a dud tracking link. It's immensely worrying as 1) the sender of the email looks extremely phishy - does not relate to your company, 2) I found a same review here that was posted few days ago with no further comment. 3) we left our card details. I do understand that your company have a very good google review and trustpilot review in general, but at the time I wasn't sure if the company still in good function as most of the google reviews were posted a year ago. Now I appreciate very much of your reply and your effort in resolving this issue promptly. I am sending you more information regarding my order and I will remove previous unfounded speculations I have made.

What a pleasure doing business with this company, old fashioned reliable service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item which was my fault! However the customer service team went out of their way to resolve the issue quickly and conveniently.
