1st class service. Very friendly, prompt and professional service. I am very happy to recommend 1st call services.

Would highly recommend this company who installed a new boiler and relocated the same. They were very efficient and the team were friendly. They responded to my calls promptly and any questions I had which instilled confidence. The product and service were great and i will continue to use them for servicing and any future issues.

1st Call = 1st class service, no hard sell answered all our questions and gave us a fair price, we were not sure about having a combi boiler, but are glad we did the cost saving to us has been in the region of 20% a year.
Good clean installation and Dave made sure we understood how it all worked, most of which we forgot as soon as he left, but their after sales service was fantastic, I just had to call and they either answered the question there and then or they would pop round to explain face to face.
Would recommend Dave and his team to anyone considering a new boiler.

I've used 1st call a couple of times over the last 2 years, for a new boiler and then to move some rads. I've just discovered a gas leak under a floor and the guys had it all fixed and sorted within 36 hours of my call. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Called 1st call services in morning and someone was with me in the afternoon fixing my central heating, all the time David was with me he was very pleasant and courteous.
He also explained everything he was doing in layman terms and left the area clean and tidy after he had finished.

We had our new boiler installed 18 mths ago, by 1stcall Services; and the whole process - from the quotation stage, through to the installation - was seamless.
They arrived on time, to do our initial appraisal, gave good honest answers to all our questions - and were never pushy.
It is only now - having been involved with this company - we can confirm, that everything they claim - is all true !
Once they had given us our quotation, they left it with us; it was then down to us, to ring them, to progress and finalise a date for installation.
The installation has proved faultless to date and we have every confidence, that is the way it's going to continue.

1st rate service, Replaced our old back boiler with a combi boiler in the loft 2016. This involved removing old boiler from fireplace, cutting back pipes and removing storage tank from the loft. All completed in 1 day and all rubbish removed. Called back to do annual service 2017, completed at arranged time. Would have no reservations about recommending to family and friends.

The boiler installation was completed in half a day and my old boiler taken away. David and his team went through the documentation and controls and left no mess behind.
