Billy was approachable and maticulous before explaining all processes and producing a very clear but detailed report with photos. The site manager praised the easy to interpret nature of the report. Would highly recommend.

I moved into a new flat shortly before COVID restrictions were brought in and I wasn’t aware of this kind of service until over a year later. (I was still well within two years of moving in.) Although I probably would have gotten better value if I had done this at the time of moving in I was delighted with the report, which had a notable list of defects. Most of these were minor decoration points but there was a water leak I didn’t know about. The report was probably worth it for that finding alone. Having the report to take to builder was great and it was a list of items they went through one by one.

The inspector was very thorough and did a great job of explaining what he was looking for and how he went about it.

I would recommend the Snag-Right service to anyone moving into a new build who doesn’t know much about construction. The service comes with a significant price tag and I was really unsure about it before booking the inspection but looking back I now know it was excellent value.

Very professional with every aspect of service from our initial enquiry to all communication throughout. Billy was prompt and very attentive. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to go that extra mile giving our client the reassurance we had been seeking about anything that needs addressing in his apartments.
Snag-Right have been a pleasure to deal with and they flexed to our client situation. Billy spent around 12 hours at our client’s properties checking every little area. He picked up things we hadn't even noticed. Most of them were minor but he picked up on things that we wouldn't have. Billy even picked up on a couple of major snags that we were oblivious to. The reports were ready less than 24 hours after the inspection. Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Can not recommend these guys enough. Have been in our Cala home for 18 months (wished we had brought them in sooner) and we knew there were a number of issues. Report very thorough, areas we would not have seen picked up and very friendly service. Now to pass report to Cala. Brilliant

Extremely helpful to establish what items we needed to bring to the attention of our builder. A mix of items came up including one that would have been difficult to spot until we moved in but also difficult and messy to rectify once we moved in so glad to have scheduled the inspection after we got our keys but before the removal so we could cancel our removal to allow the messy work to be done before we move in. Some items will be best sorted when we decorate but we were able to confidently present our list to the builder and negotiate which items we wanted them to deal with. This is our first new build so there was so much we didn’t know to check. A great help and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Fabulous. After having done a quick check and only finding one or two snags, I did wonder how much the professionals would find- but I was very impressed. There were many major problems found by Billy’s keen eye and within 48 hours I had a comprehensive report. Very good value for money and a great return on the investment if problems are found. Would recommend this team.

was great and really thorough in his survey. the comprehensive list and photos are really helpful to see all the things I hadn't spotted. He was also very helpful in providing knowledge and advice as to what should and shouldn't be accepted with a new build property and I now feel far more confidence in asking for things to be addressed and amended.

Having never owned a new build house before, we were unsure of what was deemed as snagging and the Snag-Right inspector found loads of things that we didn’t even know were a thing ! The report came through a few days later, which we then sent onto our house builders to get the defects made right. Great service and would thoroughly recommend.

Very professional company and I would recommend them. It was my first new build home and I was stumped when it came to what I was supposed to be looking for defects wise ... other than the obvious.... Nothing was ever too much trouble and I received my report within days.
