Needed to store some stuff during a house move. Excellent facilities, very easy to access. Staff extremely helpful. When it came time to stop the rental the process was very quick and smooth. Thank you.

Fantastic service from start to finish, very helpful on guidance on storage size unit that we required. I ended up needing the unit for years rather than months and there were no issues with extending. The facility itself was secure, always immaculately clean and well-stocked with trolleys for moving items.
The moment I left the unit a BACS payment was made for any 'unused' time spent in the unit. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Great storage facility. Lovely staff, very easy to get in and out with loads of equipment to help with shifting heavy loads. Stuff all kept safe, dry and secure for months. Highly recommend!

We used Newbury Self Store for one month all the staff and owner we dealt with at different times were brilliant, efficient and welcoming. Plus as soon as you leave they pay the deposit back immediately through bacs closing off the account with ease. It’s a streamline service which we would highly recommend. T & G Hughes

What a wonderful organisation! From first contact through to finally removing our items from storage the service was superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. Admin was spot-on, the stores very clean and tidy, security very good. All ancillary items - trolleys, lifts, sack trolleys always available and well maintained. Most importantly, the team at NSS are lovely people, always available for queries and support, all contacts are professional and positive, no hiding behind a website here! Thank You so much for making a tricky time - house move in 2 stages! - so much easier, I would recommend them without hesitation.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful and always smiling. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the facilities here are very clean and tidy. Plenty of trolleys are available to move your items on and steps are available to help when stacking things higher up in your storage unit. Great job Newbury Self Store!
