Beware this company, they charge excessive fees. I thought I was doing a name change on the State website and somehow ended up on New Business Filing website. I paid 150.00 for a service, the state charges $30.00. If you're going to offer a service that was not solicited for over 3 times the amount of the original fee is not a service hard working people need!
I will also report this company to other consumer protection agencies.
In response to your reply.. I started on the Secretary of Georgia’s website, I’m not sure how I ended on your website. You are not offering a service, you are deceiving people out of their money. There is nothing complicated about requesting a name change for a business. I was not requesting your service, why would you think I would willingly want to pay an excessive amount for this service? Theft by deception is what your service is offering. You can respond to the Federal Trade Commission as you are not apologetic for your actions.

My questions are always met with a genuin concern. The anwers I receive are on point. The guidance is comforting. I always feel like when I call , I will get a good anwer even if there is an additional cost Item that I need to consider. I appreciate that. BIG THUMBS UP!
