I received an email saying I needed to renew my annual report and was so confused because I already did that. so I clicked and filled out a form and they wanted 200$ to fill and 250$ for late fee, so 450$ total. Thankfully I stopped and checked and I did already do my annual report on time as well with the S.O.S and this is fraud. I cannot believe they would try to get ppl to pay them all this money when I already did my report. so frustrating. before you move forward with anything from here make sure you check with you secretary of state.

I wouldn't use this service again, the only reason I used it was I was in a hurry and didn't notice it was not my state website. This service charges twice what your state does for the same service. Once I completed the transaction and noticed it was not my state website I didn't see a location to contact anyone to cancel the transaction until contacted the next day. So in short don't use this site go to your state site and save your money. I will say they do have courtesy which is something hard to find.

I might not remember to update this when I actually have the license, but Chris was incredibly helpful when it came to figuring out the correct way to file. Thank you so much, you made a potential bureaucratic nightmare a straightforward process I felt confident about.

Based on prior reviews, Skyi Hubbard is quite consistent in offering Gold Standard customer service. She helped solve the mystery I encountered regarding assumed names and nonprofit names, explaining how they are related but different when an organization is doing business as (dba) another name. Skyi filed the renewal for our assumed name that had expired six years ago. I had no idea, as I had became the new leader of the organization two years after the expiration. She allayed my fears of the worst-case scenario, and now all is well--at least with that situation LOL. THANKS SKYI- YOU ROCK.

Omg they went above and beyond to help me get my EIN number. Even did a 3-way call with me and the IRS. They are super professional if you have any questions u can call them no matter who you talk to the whole team is very professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Every one I talked to was so nice very helpful. Id give 100stars if I could. I can't say enough on how great all of them are. Your in good hands with this company and all who , work's there. Leyla Hockaday was extremely clear and helpful and spent a lot of time guiding me through a very confusing set of circumstances. She was enormously informative. I wish all customer service reps were like her. She is top notch.

HOnestly, SkyI was an outstanding representative in every way. She was fast with demonstrating her thorough knowledge of every question I asked her. She was thoughtful, and understanding of my situation with starting a business. She is articulate and professional, yet Personable and eager to assist me in any way. She followed up by sending a confirmation and information sheet on what we covered.
