Andrew was so helpful. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety. I don’t do well in stressful situations. He helped to keep the stress level down. service was good, fees are bad
Nick was good. But the fees were ridiculous. We were charged in fees for things like water (which is managed here and reports were readily available); the flood report (which we already have because we have flood insurance); the outrageous fee for the notary; using a title company in a different county; plus others. overall, fees for nothing. The Admiral should look at the fees and make sure he wants his name attached to them.
