Hannah and Gerard were a pleasure to work with. They quoted competitively with a 2 week lead time, offering us honest advice on the level of survey required on the property we are purchasing. Nothing was too much trouble. They made their own arrangements for access. Gerard discussed the survey on the same day it was completed and emailed a copy the very next day. Hannah also organised a specialist drain survey with another company following their recommendation. Gerard was even happy to discuss the feasibility of modifications we may consider doing to the property in the future. What a great company!!!

Amazing service. From the moment I rang to enquire to the point we received the report everything was seamless and thorough.
Hannah is fantastic and dealing with any queries and getting the survey organised. Gerard rang the afternoon of the survey and gave a very direct assessment of his survey and answered my questions. We then received the full report, including photographs to support his findings, the following morning. The report was professional however written in a way that was easy to understand and interpret.
