We appointed New Forest Surveying for a RICS Level 3 survey on the house we are looking to buy. From first contact they were really professional and helpful. They arranged the survey through the estate agent, called to discuss the findings on the day of the survey and provided the report the next day. The report was detailed, comprehensive and understandable in the RICS-approved format, and recommended further specialist investigations where required. Couldn't ask for better service. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the service received from this company. We acquired quotes from a few local companies. The quote provided by this company was very informative and well priced. Had some questions regarding how the survey works which were answered promptly. Very thorough survey carried out followed by an informative follow up call to talk about the findings. My only criticism which is very minor is I would have liked to have had a call before the survey was carried out as I had already visited the property with a builder which could have been passed on to the surveyor.

Contacted New Forest Surveying to survey a property in Sway. Prompt and professional service and very impressed with the report I received on the same day the survey was conducted. Initially by telephone feedback and following payment the written report was emailed to me a few hours later. I live 165 miles away and found them via a Google search. I cannot praise Gérard and his wife enough for the service I received. The survey was thorough, professional and made me fully aware of the issues with the property we were purchasing.
