I had such a positive experience with Nadia and felt compelled to leave a review. As I’m just starting my weight loss journey, I was quite unsure about where to begin, but she made the whole process feel clear, manageable, and far less overwhelming.
Nadia was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions with patience and care, and I never once felt rushed.
What really stood out was her kindness she even stayed behind after work to make sure I felt comfortable and supported before leaving. That level of thoughtfulness is truly rare and meant a great deal to me.

I rarely have time to write reviews of random businesses, but had to make an exception here. Whatever this place is, it is NOT a pharmacy. The staff are extremely rude, and racist. They behave bizarrely. First time I entered this “pharmacy” was to buy a standard over the counter medication that anyone can just walk in and buy instantly from Boots and other normal pharmacies. They literally interrogated me and their manner was utterly bizarre. On top of that the “pharmacist” refused to even confirm the actual price of the medication and just shoved a card machine in my face. When I queried the price (she charged £10.99 for a £3.99 medication) only then did she admit she was charging me the wrong price. She said, “oh sorry, I thought this was a different product.” She then charged me the correct price. That was six weeks ago. Today my GP had advised me to take this OTC medication again and told me to just go get it from a pharmacist and that I didn’t need a prescription. So I somewhat reluctantly returned to this “pharmacy” to buy my medication. Today the woman flat out refused to sell me the medication. She was unfriendly and vile. She glared at me and said “you’ve been in here before. You can’t take this again.” I mentioned this experience to one of my neighbours who reported similarly awful experiences at this place and who said that having observed the way they treated him compared to the way they treated a white person, he’s convinced they are racists. Sadly, I have to agree. Avoid this place like the plague and just go to Boots. Their website says they sell some kind of weight loss meds apparently as well. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. If you require weight loss meds I’d recommend just going to your GP or to a reputable pharmacist like Boots.
