Ridiculous payment terms
I didn’t actually use them as I refused to accept their ridiculous payment terms- 50% on order but without a firm delivery date, 40% 2 weeks BEFORE they turn up with 10% on completion.

I have a 10 year guarantee which runs out on 12 November 2024. It is a triple glazed window and the center pain has shattered. Newglaze refuse to honour the guarantee. Your guarantee of trouble free service. Absolutely not. I would not recommend such a company. This is the second window that needs replacing. The first one they did replace. It is not the same window
