Newglaze did two jobs for me - a large timber framed French door and 18 windows on another house. The contact, attention to detail, and delivery - bang on time - were first class

Really pleased with the windows which we had fit by Newglaze - the quality of the units are fabulous.
Unfortunatley, the fitting team caused damage to our carpet with muddy boots and when we provided photo evidence to the company there was no apology or acknowledgement that this wasn't acceptable. We were also chased to settle an invoice which was issued before the works were completed, and then sent to the wrong email address.
Questionable customer service which is a shame given the quality of the product.
Avoid at all costs. This is the second time we've used newglaze but this time we also got flat roofs replaced along with replacement windows. Now have a leak between where our flat roof meets the pitched roof due to improper installation & delay tactics are now being used to prevent uncovering & repair works being done. Even after having been a building inspector for over a t years & knowing which parts of the installation are wrong, they still won't listen & often come across as condescending & rude. Have also had to call them out on multiple occasions to replace faulty window and handle locks. Would give 0 stars if I could
Very pleased to have chosen Newglaze to supply and install new patio doors Friendly helpful service and excellent installation job
brilliant service, very professional, left everything clean & tidy , would recommend ,not had the same experience as some others on this site?
After visiting the Blandford branch this morning to request a new door handle for a door fitted back in 2014 I was told a replacement would be ordered and a temporary fix would be arranged for tomorrow. To my surprise a fitter contacted me the same day and supplied a handle to fix the problem this afternoon. Excellent customer service and an extremely prompt reply which was much appreciated.
Newglaze fitters arrived late to fit two replacement bay windows but did not have the hoist needed for the upstairs window which they said should be fitted first. So they then fitted the downstairs bay but had to remove two new side windows after fitting to enable the third one to be fitted. Dust protection across that room was then removed before finishing, and a chop-saw filled then the room with dust. Still no hoist for upstairs. We had been promised "All will be done in three days, you won't know we have been". After one week the installations manager came, but fine weather opportunity the next day was lost. A new team removed its sashes to lighten the new upstairs window and despite bad weather managed, with a tower, to manhandle the bare frame into place. Sash refitting and refinishing then happened, and plastering. So, after eleven days we were faced with detail filling and repainting of the walls ourselves. The bill was £19K. The windows themselves are very well made and were factory finished. However, I cannot recommend this company.
Shoddy installation, damage caused during fitting! Then attempted repair and made it worse, then wanted more money than originally quoted, attitude stinks! don't go anywhere near them!! How double glazing rip off artists used to be!!
