Bad quality wood

Bad quality wood, and disgusting customer service, they gave me wrong colour made me wait more then a week to then give give me damaged panels, customer service disgusting they make it feel like it's your fault as all they offer is to waste your time collect and replace can take weeks. Fatima from customer services was no help at all, looks like someone cut the wood with a kitchen knife

New Hall interiors - wall panelling, apparently.

Please do not use this company, I had attempted to purchase wood panels in Dark Oak, it turns out every box of every colour they own is labelled in Dark Oak, what you receive is a lottery however , you may get lucky and receive part of your order in the colour have actually chosen.
The phone line is also a real puzzle.
If you call them with a question about your order or the whereabouts of your order, or perhaps why your order is the wrong colour or even just help on how to proceed , the likelihood is they’ll say’ “we will call you back”, you will not receive a call back.
You may try and call them but the phone line won’t answer or it’ll likely instantly disconnect your call, though if you call them privately (+141) they will answer immediately, sadly you will be given the same answer as before.

3 separate delivery’s all of which on incorrect dates, each delivery different to the last and still not the colour you’ve chosen and paid for on their website

Please use this company however if you like to loose money, don’t value time and find being shafted royally quite the pleasure , in that case this is the company for you.

Wall panel

My daughter ordered an light oak wall panel from this company and they sent a white oak one instead.the label on the box which stated the colour had clearly been tampered with....after numerous e mails they were told the only way they d get a refund is if they returned the panel (at their own cost) to the store ,which is over 2 hours drive away! Absolutely disgusting customer service AVOID THOS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely AWFUL experience

Absolutely AWFUL experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We ordered panelling which came back a complete different colour, the sticker on the package was tampered with - with the correct colour scraped off. We ordered a dark panelling and were sent white! Terrible customer service, they would only refund us for the item if we paid for courier to return to the store. Absolutely no accountability taken by the company, a terrible experience! Don’t deserve 1 star!

5* panel exchange

I ordered 3 grey oak panels back in October. Once delivered I used them on the living room wall. In December we decided to cover the whole wall and ordered 4 more.
Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour and didn't check when delivered as we were going away for a month the same day. When I discovered my mistake I contacted newhallinteriors and although I was outwith the return period they couldn't have been more helpful.
They tried to source more of my original colour but they don't do it anymore. They arranged to have six light grey panels of the same batch delivered and took back my mistaken order in exchange. The communication was excellent with same day replies and I can't praise them enough.
I would thoroughly recommend the company and their panels and the speedy delivery.

First class service and products

I order the Acoustic Wall Panels in light Oak, the receptionists her name was Ella, I.spoke to her over the phone she got my order on to the delivery run really fast, the transaction was really smooth.She explained everything to me.
Panels have arrived on time, delivery driver was good, he rang me beforehand to discuss delivery times.
The product is excellent quality and really good price.
Highly recommend this company from start of ordering to delivery.
There is some negative posts and reviews but I can honestly say I have received first class support from start to finish, and top quality products.
Give then a call if you want to ask any questions.
Thanks to all the team, great customer service.

I bought 2 wall panels from a guy who…

I bought 2 wall panels from a guy who had bought too many. He sent the link so I would be able to get a perfect match. I ordered Walnut. They arrived yesterday & colour is nowhere near. I emailed & was told they wouldn't exchange & the darker Walnut was not in stock. I definitely ordered the dark shade of Walnut from the site. If it wasn't in stock how did I manage to order it. Checked site & the darker Walnut is no longer there. The label says M.Y. Walnut which was definitely not included on original site.

Kupiłem panele ścienne

I bought wall panels, the first delivery was delayed, I waited a month, but they arrived, good quality, nice panels, unfortunately it turned out that I had to buy two more and the problems started. They sent me two panels in a different color and poor quality, thinner crap, unfortunately the employee had already cut one panel, so I couldn't return it, after exchanging emails we agreed that they would take one panel and send two correct ones for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the next delivery and the panels arrived in a different color, I didn't accept it, I wanted a refund and for them to finally take this crap away from me, but it turned out that if I want to return a product that is not as described, I have to pay 49.99 for the return, where the panel costs 39 pounds. I highly do not recommend this company, they are scammers and thieves, I paid for a total of 9 panels, I have 8 of them, including two that are not as described, on their website they warn against fakes, and then they send such crap. I have not received my money back yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, SCAMMERS

oak slat panels

Ordered 6 panels of the oak slats , delivered in 7 days , good quality and wrapped well with no damage , Really easy to cut and put up .Would definitely recommend as a lot cheaper than your normal d.i.y stores so was a bit concerned ,But don't worry as they are good quality and I love them .

5 star service!!

What can I say? Fantastic experience.
We were caught on the hop with needing our outdoor panels quickly. I rang on the off chance that we may get them quicker, unfortunately they couldn't get them as quick as we needed. I rang back to ask about putting them on a carrier, they organised a driver to bring them to us (obviously at our cost) and they were delivered the same day!!! After the driver set off we had realised we were a pack short and Ella organised for us to get a delivery on their next run in three days!!!!
Ella was lovely, so professional, and couldn't do enough to help us, the driver was lovely too. Customer service is key and overall a we had a five star experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use the in the future.

Good and Bad with this company

Good and Bad with this company.

Ordered, then was worried after reading the reviews

The Good: the panels are as good quality and the colours all matched. I ordered grey and normal wood colour. Staff are very polite when you call.

The bad: ordered on the Sunday but didn't get a delivery call till the following Friday! On the day of delivery, no notification that the delivery was on it way and no delivery time. Waited in all day till 4pm. When You call them they hardly answer. You need to call them at least 6 times before you get an answer. 2 of my panels had damage, lucky I ordered an extra panel and also had to put one damaged on the wall.

Over all these are great value for the money and good quality but not sure I'd order from here again.

No contact no delivery no item.

Delivery due Fri 24th. Took day off work (unpaid) to receive - called night before told between 11 and 12. Noone turned up. 12.30 received a phone call will be there within the hour. Hours later noone has turned up, I didn't need to take a day off work because I'd have been home by now. Paid £25 delivery charge for the privilege of being messed around on top of the days wage lost. Been trying to phone the driver and the company and noone is answering. Oh and I have also paid someone to come and fit panels tonight but don't actually have any panels.

Excellent customer service.

Before ordering we were sceptical about ordering from here.
We read all the reviews & thought we would take a chance.
We ordered outside panelling, but unfortunately, it wasn't suitable for what we needed it for.
Phoned up, very helpful customer service.
They arranged for it to be collected & a refund was issued straight away.
Based on customer service, we highly recommend.
Regards the product, we can't comment as it wasn't suitable for what we needed.

Not received the product!

Not received the product. Ordered weeks ago and no communication. Over promised and have not delivered. Now to chase a refund as the communication is the worst I have experienced in a long time. Avoid if possible.

I recently ordered wall panels and had a swift and smooth delivery. Unfortunately the panels weren't right for our room but after getting in touch the team helped to arrange collection of the panels and were quick to respond and get this sorted for me.

Poor quality, late delivery, no good communication

Poor quality on their wall panels. I ordered acoustic wall panels from another company and I was able to compare them.. The panels from “The new hall interiors” are rubbish, waste of time and money. They easily got stained and chipped.
Long waiting time for delivery! I was given a delivery date with no other option but to be home on that specific date otherwise I would have been charged £20. As we need them , my husband took that day off work, but on that day they sent another text message to inform us that our delivery will be within few days with a delivery company. So disappointing.
Poor communication as well! If you see only positive feedback on social media is because they delete the negative ones.
I don’t recommend it!
