Excellent customer service following immediate replacement of faulty product. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company for its customer focused service.

This is the 4th room we’ve had carpeted by New Homes Flooring. Great choices and knowledgeable staff. All staff we encountered from the showroom to the fitters were helpful and happy.
I’m sure we will use them again.

Amazing customer service and despite my floors being quite delayed, they were very flexible and keen to do the installation whenever suited. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job and for a good price too. Charlotte's recommendation on some bathroom vinyl also turned out to be a great choice. Certainly would be happy using New Homes flooring again.

The team were very efficient, kept in good contact with us throughout and were extremely helpful! Charlotte kept us updated and asked the important questions and Aaron and Trevor were very efficient in their work, very friendly and left the house clean and tidy after completing.

From first contact with Charlotte, to th fitting with Barry & Martin, it was a smooth and professional process. Charlotte arranged timings to work around my work/kids schools runs etc and kept me updated throughout it all. The fitters were lovely chaps! Really professional, got the job done before I had to leave for pick up and both the carpeted floor and bathroom flooring looks amazing! Really impressed with the whole process!

Fantastic, I explained how the room would be used, the colour we were aiming for, sent measurements and a couple of photos. The recommendation was spot on with some ideas like high quality black door bars. The fitters were clean and tidy and fastidious, the price was excellent too. I hate carpet shopping - this is the future right here :)

Such a positive experience engaging with Helen and team - from the first contact they have offered advice, kept in regular contact, been helpful and offered very good service. From arranging to measure the room, dropping off samples and fitting the carpet. The carpet fitters were great! Arrived on time, were super quick and professional. All in all a really positive experience, good value for money and all to the timescale I was hoping for.

Charlotte was quick to respond and inspect the issue and ensured that it was fixed quickly.

I had a very good customer service experience. First, the carpet maintenance staff came to inspect the issue. She clearly explained my problem and was very knowledgeable about the characteristics of the products they sell. Then, the customer service representative (Miss Charlotte) quickly contacted me via email to schedule a repair date and time. The process was very well communicated. The repair person (Mr. Liam & Mr. Luke) were also on time and did an excellent job with the repairs.

What a difference!
Charlotte was fantastic at keeping us informed of what was happening throughout the process and Rich and Lawrence have done an amazing job with laying the new flooring.
We cannot believe the difference in the quality of both the product and workmanship to what we had before.

I contacted New Homes Flooring as we have recently moved into a new home which New Homes Flooring fitted for us. I was looking for a small size of the carpet they fitted. Charlotte was amazing!! She tracked down an off cut of the same carpet for us for a very good price. To top it all it was delivered the next day by one of their fitters who was passing!! Amazing service. Thank you all. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

Had few issues at home on the flooring and New Homes did fantastic job with no time. Calvyn fixed my flooring issue in no time and his unique and innovative ways of working was amazing. New Homes Flooring has been a great reliable flooring supplier for our multi-building projects. Chester has always been very helpful and quick to respond. We've very been pleased with their service and look forward to future collaborations.

Now I know how to order the accessories for my Sebo floor cleaner, it is easy, and the items came boxed up with good instructions.
The only problem came with the delivery as the box was left outside my neighbour’s house on a shared pathway, so it was nota safe delivery. This might be worth your checking out with Evri?

We had a problem with our carpet in our new build which has now been sorted. Charlotte was very helpful, organising everything and kept me informed at all times. Issue was sorted very quickly and the carpet fitters were excellent and also very helpful.
