We had an small issue with lifting floor covering in a new build. Problem rectified quickly and tidily...minimum fuss, maximum satisfaction! A nice no-drama result - what's not to like!

Dani and her team have been excellent, from beginning to end nothing was too much trouble, samples were provided when we couldnt decide on the colour for the carpet, we upgraded the underlay for an additional cost but it made such a difference to the feel under foot and it’s beneficial to the carpet care. We also had soft vinyl in our bathrooms. The fitting team were amazing clean tidy and a perfect fit, such a professional team. I can’t thank everyone enough. Xx

We have just bought a Bloor new build home “On the 18th” site in Basingstoke
A little restretch on our bedroom carpets was needed, all was very easily rectified within a couple of days and we couldn’t be happier
We also have a very large area of Amtico flooring downstairs and after seeking advice on how to care for it Helen was very helpful and gave first class guidance, thank you

First time we have dealt with this company - we are private retail customers, not trade - for flooring for our kitchen and a carpet for our bedroom.

Fiona has been an absolute pleasure to deal with; super patient and never flustered even when we chop and change our choices.

Very fair pricing, allowed to take samples home, very wide choice of product and not pushed towards the most expensive and we look forward to the fitting in a few weeks time.

Jacob was excellent and very helpful.

The selection process was easy and we were able to get our new carpets installed in just a matter of weeks.

Great Team Luke & Matthew, very polite and a credit to the company, they were clean and tidy whilst working, there job made harder due to builders mistakes. Did a really fantastic job of screeding and relaying New Amtico tiles. Helen Holland owner of the company could not have been more helpful, we thank them all for their hard work and excellent finish to our ground floor. We would recommend the company. Excellent work done and good customer service

Wow just wow amazing customer service by Theo! Only giving him 2 weeks, he managed to stay late so we could choose the flooring we wanted, answered all our questions, gave us a quote, send someone to take the measurements which actually lowered the quote price even more! And got the whole property done in just 2 days and the end result was amazing! I couldn’t be anymore happier, great service all around!

A new build home was purchased last year, instead of laying carpet, we would like to have AMTICO laid on our staircase and landing. However, the developer couldn't take the order due to their restriction, and suggested inquiring with New Homes Flooring.

Chester, Ross and his brother of New Homes Flooring haven't disappointed us as the outcome is brilliant. Though this may be an unusual quest in the UK, New Homes Flooring guided us through the whole project and made some great advice on how to implement based on their experience.

They did it and the outcome exceeded our expectation. There are Premier LVT Nosings stair rods deployed on all stairs, and on the landing, there are Satin Nickel inlays which formed some simple patterns and looks gorgerous.

What's more, they generously installed Satin Nickel ramped bars for our family bath and ensuite! When we moved in this Feb, Chester knocked our door and delivered a set of floor cleaner, how warm he was!

Would definitely seek their advice and service next time when we need some rog/carpet for our lounge when all the fruniture are in place.

From initial contact with Nicole and Helen to a great installation, I cannot fault the professionalism of New Homes Flooring. Fantastic service throughout and I would recommend them to anyone, for commercial or private work.

Great service from Nicole who went out of her way to get highly experienced fitters on site to make good the damage done by building contractors to our lovely new Antica floor.

Ryan and his assistant immediately got to work and did an excellent job getting our floor repaired.

We had our floors measured in readiness to chose our carpet/flooring, once measured Jacob listened to what we was after and suggested a few options of flooring. He was very helpful

Nicole was very helpful and responded to all communication.
When I was struggling to decide what carpet to choose, someone came to my house with lots of samples to go through.

The men that fitted my carpets were friendly, polite and so helpful.
