Poor customer service
Made a mistake making my parking reservation, cannot get any assistance to this point. Called both numbers on the printed confirmation, the first one interrupted me and said I dialed the wrong number. The second wouldn't answer, no option to leave a voicemail and then started denying my call within one ring.
UPDATE: I finally got in touch with someone and they were able to help me. She was very nice and understanding!

Targeted Parking Lot
When we parked we were given two pink, triangle stickers to put on the front and back window of the truck. We were told that the stickers had to be put on so we wouldn’t get towed. Our truck was broken into and we were the only vehicle in the parking lot with the stickers.

It automatically reserved me for a spot on the wrong date. I have been trying for 2 hours to call someone/ modify my reservation, but I am unable to fix the mistake. The phone rings and goes to a “full mailbox”. I am extremely frustrated.

Very helpful
The staff was extremely helpful and nice. There was plenty of parking and I felt we left my vehicle in a safe location. The fact that the shuttle runs every 10 min. is a plus.
