update2,, till now is not refund , i even email you,and have proof from klarna, some store quick as an hour can adjust payment, i did not pay it yet gladly,
and now i experience it,, i contact many times on email the webstore they email many times ,,but no refund,, we agree to cancel the 1 product,, gladly i pay with klarna ,, i contact klarna as well,, they did not adjust the payment yet,,
so now almost 1 week ,, glad did not pay yet,, waiting for adjustment,, good only 1 product was de issue,, how much more if you buy and return it? like others on the bad reviews they dont recieve there refund or take a months or weeks ,scary,,,,

Due to an unexpected urgent trip, I wasn't able to collect my package on time. Despite that, they immediately offered a solution and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Quite Disappointed
My delivery was delayed because a permanently closed store was offered as a pick-up point. I contacted support and was told the issue would be reported and the parcel resent, but I never received the promised email. When I called again a few days later, I was told there was no record of my case, so the process had to be restarted.
While I did receive my parcel in the end, the lack of communication and the overall handling left me quite disappointed. I don’t feel confident ordering from Newpharma again.

I’m missing two products from my order
I’m missing two products from my order. I’ve been trying to contact customer service but no reply from my email. Chats with the bot is also not helpful always refer me to giving my email and name.
They even have a rule to register or let them know within 48 hrs upon receiving your order if some products are missing. And yet their customer service is not really helpful at all.
Please fix this.
Update: i received the missing products today! So i will update my rating/review
