Receive nothing but shown as delivered!
I ordered it on 24-11-2023, shown sent on 25–11-2023 with PostNl Track & Trace code. BUT till now 04-12-2023, nothing received !
Called PostNL, I was told sender have not hand over the parcel. Try to call New Pharma, no where can find a contact number!!

Fast and efficient delivery and good products
The delivery was fast and packaging was good. I found the Avene anti-ageing cream really nice, pleasant small. The specific application instructions, which is inside the cream's packaging should be followed, basically massage the face using the sparing amounts of the cream everyday.
Avène Hydrance Light Moisturizing Emulsion is also useful for young and sensitive skin, I found it really efficient and nicely absorbed to the skin.

Did not receive my package
My package was supposed to be delivered on tuesday. It is now friday and I still dont have it. Communication from new pharma is NON EXISTENT. You guys are so poor at getting back to people and it IS NOT my responsibility to spend countless phone calls to the courier to find out where my package is. It is New Pharmas job and NO ONE is helping!!!!

Poor Customer Service
Eventhough DPD says that package would be delivered within 2 days. It is almost 7 days. Still the package is in Belgium. DPD NL asked me to contact New pharma. But it is hard to reach them . I filled the contact form 3 days ago, but still no reply. Poor customer service.

Delayed order still not received (after 2 weeks)

My order never came, yet on the website says I received it. For some reason DPD made a retour half-way, but I didn't get any info about it. I tried to contact their customer service, but no response yet...I hope this review will help to at least get in contact.

1 star is too much for the experience, I'd give you a -1000.
You delayed my order.
When it finally arrived, it turned out you sent me the wrong products.
You did not return me my money after I requested a refund.
Instead you told me you sent another parcel (I explicitly told you that this NOT an option as I move to another country and will not be able to receive it).
The other parcel you sent is also delayed.
SERIOUSLY?!!
