I can’t recommend new skills academy enough, it’s perfect for anyone wanting to learn at their own pace from the comfort of their own home. I found it really easy to navigate step by step instructions. Will definitely be looking to do another course real soon.

Not a great start for me. I paid for the course in April but have been so busy that this is the first opportunity I've had to get started. Managed to earmark an hour of time to do so and couldn't get past login. The page simply refreshes when you enter the email and password and takes you back to the Homescreen. Meanwhile an email is generated with a passcode, but there is no prompt for the passcode to be entered anywhere. Tried a password reset but same problem. Tried selecting login via Google and got the following message:

This page isnt working.
Newskillsacademy.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

So that's been a waste of an hour! I was a bit nervous I'd been scammed and that it might be a phony website. I've emailed and I'm waiting for a reply. Fingers crossed it's just a temporary blip and they'll help me out.

Update to previous review and have increased to 3 stars. All sorted out now and am logged in and working. I've decide 3 stars as I feel the website should work with Chrome and I shouldn't have to download a new web browser (Firefox) in order to use the site. Also, there was no disclaimer or information given when I joined about potential web browser issues, and none replied to the first email I sent. Having said all of that, the course itself is good so far and I would recommend them, if you can navigate the browser issues.

This online course is amazing, the courses are also interesting also I absolutely love this site, I would recommend anyone to this online course and very helpful people and I had quick response also

I'm very unsatisfied with the support I'm being given from this company, I've bought many courses over the years with this company and now I want to claim my reward for the free mega course. I'm unable to. I find this very unprofessional.

I tried all that and even tried my mobile phone and differnt browser.

And then I was told there's two different types of trophies and i hadn't earned enough.

I then replied and said if I havent earned enough, then why is the counter on 0 saying, I've just logged on and it now saying i needed to earn one more.

The good thing is i've took pictures I would definitel avoid this company.

I used NSA in 2017, it allowed me to learn and show employers that I was improving through learning. I have returned years later, to find them overcharging for simple courses which aren't accredited. It feels as if they are just putting together cheap and lackluster courses.

Although I have initially completed courses which added value, I am now constantly being charged the full subscription amount every month, even when the customer service team respond saying it is cancelled. So frustrating...

This is a very informative course and I have learned to question some older theories that I thought were set in stone. Understanding how to communicate correctly with your dog leads to a stronger relationship, increased willingness from your dog to engage with you and respond appropriately in all situations. The course contains a lot of information which is impossible to digest in one go so take notes and keep them for future reference.

I recently completed a course at New Skills Academy, and it was an exceptional experience. The course content was comprehensive, covering all the essential topics in great detail. The nail technician diploma course was so informative. Easy to learn. There were 5 questions to answer at the end of each module. And 30 questions at the end of the course. You can go back and answer the questions again if you get any wrong. You get for pass certificate straight away when you've completed the course. I'm now on my way to progressing in the nail tech industry. I would recommend this course.

I’m doing the adobe illustrator level 1 certificate and finding the standard of the training lacking. The trainer is obviously not confident and he changes his mind regularly what you need to do. There’s a lot of ums and ahs and Im not finding it useful. I want something that I would be able to remember. It’s a poorly designed course and hard to make notes from. Disappointed

I’m pleasantly surprised by my course from New Skills Academy. It is very comfortable studying with own schedule, and full information with a clear explanation, also useful video lectures.

Very disappointed with the content of this course. Computerised voice poorly reading what is written down on the page is not at all what I expected. I would not have spent £20 on this course if I had known this was the format but to claim this course is worth £100 is shocking.

I learnt a lot about SEND which made me to have a good experience throughout the course it was always my wish to study it but I thank New skills academy for ots support throughout the course

Great course, well put together. I enjoyed learning at my own pace. It was informative, educational and interesting.

Sorry to say I found this course poor quality. I was asked to do it by my work. It was mostly a summary of reflexology theory and background read by a computerised voice. The lack of hands on experience meant I would be by no means happy to practice reflexology. I feel giving the title Diploma is very over optimistic for a 5 hour course!

I have just completed the Excel beginners course. Numbers and constructing formulas is not my strength so I found it quite challenging but the course is easy to follow at your own pace. A year ago I did the PowerPoint course and I was pleased to see it was still accessable so I can go back and refresh. Both courses are excellent value.

Easy.
And the tutor has super understandable English.
