Amazing courses and all very well laid out to understand. System is easy to navigate and save progress when working on courses in-between daily tasks.

Great variety of courses, with help and guidance along the way. Great resources, can work at your own pace to compleat courses. Great customer service.

Love being apart of this learning platform, great videos to help understand work, can come back to courses at any time, I pay a little each month and can study when I like. Been a member for many years and and alway enjoy coming back when I want to study again.

No issues, courses reasonably priced and easy to work through.

It's fab to be able to access so many courses - shame that I wasn't able to use the codes to renew this year at a lower price.

Have all the qualifications I want to learn, makes them easy and accessible on pc, interface it hard to log in on mobile though

Courses are really interesting.

Are easy to understand and is very good content, modules, units and provide reasonable adjustments for a individual with Autism spectrum disorder and provide videos/ audios brilliant provider.
I am Well impressed.

Don't buy and don't waste your money on these courses, it's a waste of money.

My company are making us redundant and have given us each a £300 grant to spend on courses at the New Skills Academy.. I've selected three but to begin with they don't all appear in my dashboard. I logged out, changed my password and logged back in yesterday whixh temporarily made the othwr courses appear but today they are gone again.. if i try to log in on a different device it never accepts my password and I have to reset it each time I log in to a new device. The one course I have managed to consistently appear in my dashboard is a language course with absolutely no structure that just throws words at you and tests your short term memory. Glad it was my employer's money being wasted here and not mine as even Google warns you this site might be a scam due to a high number of users reporting unauthorised charges cropping up!

Very poor but was to be expected from a £20 course. Completed a bridal hair course in 10 minutes and I still have no idea. No demonstrations, glad I didn’t pay anymore. Not a reliable education source and was better off just watching videos on YouTube

I have been conned out of 2 payments of £99 I had to close my account in order to prevent further fraud, I spoke to the security section of my bank and apparently this company can slightly change their email address to access peoples accounts to wrongly get £99 it’s a disgrace, it will never happen again to me but if I am approached by NSA again I will seek legal advice.

If i could give 0 stars i would i paid for a subscriptiin for courses over a week ago and tge only course it would let ne do is build a cv theyve ignored my messages ive cancelled my subscription with paypal and opened a despute and their their even ignoring that stay away from this company at all costs their a scam no one seems to work their

I would rate the agency and organisation 5 out of 5 is excellent knowledge and excellent resources is really easy to understand.

If I could give half a star I would

The courses themselves seemed a simple, straightforward process. However, the experience being completely ruined by just not receiving hard copies of my certificates. I do not have a printer, therefore the digital versions can only do so much. I am old school and prefer paper copies to take with me to job interviews etc...
Very early May is when I ordered 2 certificates after completing the courses. Skills Academy provide an approximate turn-around of up to 10 working days.

When the certificates still not arrived, I initially sent an email to their general account, advising that this hasn't been received and I am concerned.
A confirmation email was then received from a member of their admin team that it would be passed to the relevant team that the certificates had not arrived.

After that, ZERO response and we are now near the end of June. It's not just the failure of delivering goods that have been paid for, it's the lack of acknowledgement and poor communication. Two of which is ironically highlighted in one of their courses for customer services!

Sent another email a few weeks later, this time to the complaints email address. In their auto response, it advises a 48 hour turn-around time that someone will contact me in due course. Therefore, there is no doubt that my email had not been received.

ZERO response even by the complaints team.

Skills Academy, you can continue to ignore the requests of a customer, but this will be the last time and I am putting on a review so that other people are aware of this appalling experience.

I will be taking the other courses I needed for CPD elsewhere. I would never recommend you again.

Im very angry, over 1 month im still waiting for my 2 certificates i ordered. Iv been enquiring multiple times and always get the same reply that its being highlighted to whatever department. Happy to take my £99 a year instantly but not send out my certificates! Also, my order invoice of the day i placed it doesn't match the order invoice on the login page, the name of the certificate is wrong of a course iv never even done. Plus I ordered multiple completed course certificates with proof of purchase but this particular invoice only says 1 certificate and its of a course I didn't even participate in!
