The items delivered do not match the pictures. I ordered a dress described as embroidered but it was a block print on cotton. A dress described as linen was the cheapest see-through cotton. Colors and details are completely different than advertised. Scam company.

An ABSOLUTE SCAM - If you have ordered, CANCEL ASAP.
This company advertise itself as being from 'Oregon, USA', IT IS A LIE. They are among the cheapest, most deceitful scammers from CHINA online.

Absolutely shocking quality (truly unusable, really awful low quality) with ZERO resemblance to photos.
No returns possible - they offer half of your paid order as 'refund' instead, which is alarming, because clearly the items are not worth a penny, zero.

We waited 8 weeks for 'dresses'which were only 'shipped' after several complaints. When they arrived, they were so horrendous, NOTHING LIKE the fake website advertised. we took pictures and contacted the 'company' for a refund. Impossible to return, full refunds are NOT GIVEN, essentially, they ask you to 'keep' the rubbish, and offer half your money back - that's their scam.

Not sure why platforms like PayPal allow those scammers to trade. People should be asking for their money back to their credit cards and PayPal, and reporting scammers like these.

Avoid.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. Everything I’ve read is the same as what happened to me!
The company is misleading consumers with photos of clothes that are NOTHING like what is received and organising a return and refund is seeming impossible! Website is complete fraud!! I hope this review can stop some consumers making the same mistake I did. I am so disappointed they can still advertise!! Meta should have better policies about advertising scammers!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. And admittedly, I should have done my research first.

I purchased 2 dresses and 2 belts from New Starace which actually arrived but were NOT as pictured or described. I contacted them requesting a return address for a full refund noting their return policy. Amazingly. I got a response the same day. However, they said they couldn't provide any shipping labels for return and I would have to cover the cost of shipping, or accept their offer of a $45 store credit. I declined and requested their return address.

This was 8 days ago. I have followed up with them every day since with no response. I attempted to contact them on Facebook, which is where I first found them, and their page is gone.

Their return policy notes the items must be received by them within 30 days or you are not eligible for a refund. Easy money for them when they don't provide a return address so you can't physically return the items...

Quickest $200+ I've ever lost....

Do not buy anything!!! What they sell are not even close to what they ship. Total scam!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE Clothing is cheap. The print is like cheap plastic iron on. Definitely not worth the price. Dresses are supposed to be cotton made out of polyester. Necklace was like something from a Cracker Jack box.

Massive scam. Do not Buy! The clothes I finally received are shockingly bad and nothing like what was advertised.

Has anyone been able to return clothing? I have contacted them many times with no response. They will not answer with instructions for returning.

I did try to find a review on this company before ordering but they’ve obviously just started using Newstarace as their trade name as I see there are quite a number of reviews all around the same time. It took ages for delivery which wouldn’t have been a problem if I received the lovely clothes pictured. As everyone else has said, they’re all fake and obviously no customer service whatsoever to claim a refund! I wish I could find a company that actually makes the clothes they picture. Please do not buy from this Newstarace!!!!!

I ordered a Wildflower Embers Cotton Linen Embroidered Dress. I waited nearly two months for the dress, only to receive a polyester, printed piece of crap. Even the leather belt was polyester strip. It's disgusting and not even wearable. Don't buy from these people.

I ordered a blouse but never received a receipt or confirmation. They did debit my card..will have my bank get my money back as I still haven’t received the product.

Dress is nothing like photo. Its cheap horrid thick material, poorly made and no embroidery. It looks like its from a $2 shop. So not buy these dresses. They are nothing like the photos

Over a month to receive a knock off piece of crap. Material is fine, however finished product is janky and not as pictured. Save your money. Initial excitement has given way to not buying from on line tricksters. Lesson learned

I agree with all the other reviews.This company is a total scam!I ordered the rustic earth,long linen dress in black.When it finally arrived it was not even close to what I had anticipated.The material is so cheap and artificial it made my nose burn.Silver lace ribbons where there was supposed to be brown embroidery.White plastic buttons instead of wood.And the sleeves were nothing like in the photo either.Loose strings and holes along the seams.I should have known better!!Please do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company.I have reported them to Meta and the Federal Trade Comission.I suggest anyone else that has dealt with them,do the same.

Beautiful Pictures - terrible quality!

They do deliver the items - but the items are not of the expected quality. I ordered two - one of them is the black dress in this ad (Rustic Earth Embroidered Long Linen Dress) and the green Ethereal Journey Scalloped Ruffle Boho Lace-Up Mini. The Lace-Up mini looks just like in the ad and is properly sized and comfortable. I do like it. It does not have a label about what materials they used and care instructions. It feels like it's some sort of cotton/synthetic blend. Still super comfortable and doesn't make you hot like synthetic materials do. I reached out to the company about materials/care instructions and never heard back.

The black dress in this ad arrived weeks later, from China. Again, doesn't have a label for materials used/care instructions. The fabric is so thin, it's see-through and I think it's actually cotton. It does look like the ad but with two differences. The lace used is white, quite cheap-looking and shiny, unlike in their ad. The main problem is in sizing. I am a solid M for most producers, however this dress feels so tight on the sleeves and chest. If you are an M, I would go for L size for this particular dress (like I said, the other item was sized properly). In any case, I have purchased lots of linen items in the past and these dresses are NOT linen. The lack of material label/care instructions is alarming as this is the first time I've observed that buying clothing items, ever.

The stitching and all are good. Whoever is the poor worker at a Chinese factory making these dresses for a few cents per item did a good job.

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered two skirts and what came was not even close to what I ordered. I got two comical dresses, very badly made, bright pink with flowers and bright yellow… nothing like what I ordered. They will not give me a full refund. They say I can get a refund if I pay for the shipping label as they “don’t have any labels”, apparently they aren’t prepared for shipping mistakes. well a shipping label will cost me $90 dollars.
All the models and pictures are 100% ai generated, that should have been my first red flag. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolute scam company.
I tried to cancel my order 3 days after ordering as I realised it was probably a scam company. They said the product had already been dispatched and unable to cancel. Didn’t arrive for 8weeks.
2 dresses were of very poor quality. Cheap thin cotton, not anything like the photos the seller posted which in hindsight are AI generated.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Scam…..cheap clothing……received 2 items….. 1 wrong item received and they want me to pay for item I don’t want and don’t like as they don’t accept returns…..contacting credit card company…..asked that they send correct item or refund my money and no response….
