Highly recommend this company friendly extremely helpful dismantled and put back up our furniture even transported some heavy garden potted plants. Nothing to much trouble excellent service thank you very much Paul and team .

Absolutely useless and incompetent company. Tried to call them at least 12 times but no one answers. Left voicemail messages but still no reply. e mailed them and guess what no reply. I even went in person last week, nobody in reception? Then went the showroom where a woman took my contact details and assured me that someone from logistics would definitely contact me to arrange the uplift of my double bed and mattress which I wanted to donate to them. Yet again no phone call from their logistics department!! What a disorganized farce of a company! Well you had your chance New Start, so I will just donate elsewhere. Zero stars for NEW START HIGHLAND

Paul was excellent in his approach to the job, he explained everything.
He was punctual.clean and well prepared.
The actual job was done very efficiently with good staff.

Paul turned up on time with a couple of employees, all were very polite and professional. During the moving process we were kept informed what was going on and all were very helpful. Top marks all, we would thoroughly recommend them,!

Paul and his team could not have been more helpful the move went as planned and there friendly can do attitude had a lot to do with it

Needed property clearing as it had been sold.
Quick response to my initial call, met same day for quotation reasonably priced, and property cleared a couple of days later, very thorough. Professional from start to finish would definitely use again can highly recommend to anyone.

New Start Removals cleared our parents home in a courteous and efficient manner. Paul carefully explained their obligations for waste removal and transport. They arrived on time, and, with appropriate equipment had everything removed in a couple of hours. Can’t praise them enough for the way in which they did a sensitive and at times a distressing task.

An excellent service from Paul - I contacted him Friday to arrange a collection and delivery of 2 beds for my parents. I expected waiting a week or so due to the run up to Christmas but was pleasantly surprised when he said he could deliver the following day. Brilliant and would definitely recommend- thanks Paul😃
