I purchased a 4250 and it has been a great machine for me. I had some issues with it and Henry has been absolutely amazing. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. He has walked me through the problem and got the machine back up and running.

I have to share my experience with Newstripe. I recently purchased (in the last few months) a 4250 model and it worked fantastic until I screwed up and let it full of paint which was totally on me. I called and spoke with Shawn in sales this week and he got me up and going in a very short time and gave me tips on how to take better care of my equipment. It's spraying like new and now I know how to make sure I don't screw up again. Thanks Shawn!!

It was a quick and easy purchase process

We use the Newstripe Line Striper 5000 at the Processing & Distribution Center of the USPS in W. Palm Beach, Florida. Newstripe has been building these things for over 40 years, and they know what they are doing. I have used this machine for over 100 hours, and it is simple in design, and largely flawless in its execution. It is also rugged, and I anticipate having this around for many years to come. One recommendation I would make to anyone who is purchasing this machine, is to assign one person who is responsible, and accountable, for the proper cleaning and maintenance of the line striper. The few issues we have had, can all be traced back to improper care, and/or a failure to properly familiarize themselves with the machine before using it. (hint: Read the Service Manual. It’s only 14 pages). The nature of striping paint is that it dries and sets up rather fast, so a proper cleaning immediately after usage is imperative. Another thing that really helps get crisp, solid, long-lasting lines, is to have someone with a blower going in front of the machine, blowing off the pavement. One last point; although the company doesn’t recommend it, this machine can be quite fast. In the tropical heat of South Florida, time spent on the asphalt is a major factor. Overall, we have no complaints. While we have had some minor issues along the way, the customer service at Newstripe is top notch. They have “live people” answer all of your questions, and if they don’t know the answer, get someone who does. I can’t say enough good things about their sales and service. Overall, I give this machine (and the Company Newstripe) a rock solid five out of five stars. Currently, we are looking at the rest of their product line. If they can make a line striper this good, I imagine that kind of integrity extends to the rest of what they build, out in Aurora, Colorado.

Great service, I asked a question in the contact us email. As soon as you opened, I got a phone call from a real person. They answered my questions and got my products ordered.

The process of purchasing was fast, and easy. Customer service was top tier. We had some issues with the freight company, and NewStripe handled every issue that we faced. Their communication skills were impeccable, and we enjoyed the fact that we actually spoke to human beings. It was not robots, or a chat system! Andy, our account executive, kept us in the loop at every turn. He even made an appoint to contact us while he was out of the office! We will definitely recommend this company to our fellow sports organizations!

Had a little issue with the shipping of an item which had me frustrated as I paid for the faster shipping but, I also made a mistake on my end and ordered the wrong size item. Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Even when I also had a mistake on my end. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and that means a lot to me. We will always trust this company with any future business orders we may have. Thank you Casey for being so kind, understanding and helpful.

Excellent Service
Called Newstripe on a riding sprayer and talked with them about some troubleshooting and testing procedures. Very helpful and walked me though testing and explained the how and why of the tests. Needed to send the pump off and offered a fast turnaround along with options in the future to keep down time to a minimum. Overall an excellent experience dealing with them and very knowledgeable!

Henery took good care of me, we bought our painter a few years ago and recently took it in for service. The service team did an awesome job and was a quick turnaround time. They also listened to our feedback for issues and were able to help resolve our problems with the machine.
