Awful, squeeze trigger does not work well or even works

The process to order repair parts through Newstripe is so easy. Just a couple clicks and you have what you need. I like that the kits give you the part number breakdown for each component so you can choose to order the full kit of just individual parts.

I bought the Rollmaster 5000. Before using it I called customer service and spoke with Shawn. Shawn was great! Walked me through a simple question. Very patience man. I used the Roll Master 5000 and loved it! It was as simple as Shawn said it would be. Lines were crisp and tight.

Was easy to find what i needed and although there where issues with the shipper, all parts ordered where packaged well and now our line painter is whole again!! Thanks Andy for your help in tracking this package down.

Delivery was prompt, product was almost as expected.
One of the back wheels fell off when I took the unit out of the box-I called and a couple new retaining washers were sent to me pretty quickly. All cut metal edges were very sharp and slightly ragged so I spent about 30 minutes of Dremel time deburring and smoothing so nobody would get cut using it. I thought that I bought the 50# model but the bin overfilled with the lid open still took only about 75% of the 50# bag. The bin door lever control plate made of plastic with zip ties is pretty janky-I did a temporary workaround with some heavy rubber bands on the day I striped the course but will come up with a more permanent fix later. I wanted to buy American but a little disappointed at the quality for the price I paid.
