I ordered hand warmers. never received them. Yet I am still getting charged.

I ordered shoes. They are not true to size. It took a long time to get them about 8 weeks. I have ordered other things off of Facebook ads and was satisfied. But this time they are giving me the runaround to return them. Sorry this was a bad experience and makes it hard on those who are reputable.

Absolutely highway robbers. The items they sell come out of China. It takes weeks to get your item and then it doesn't work. I paid $100. for a totally useless hair dryer and they don't respond to complaints.

Ordered a Blow Drying and the cord is so short you can not use without adding an extension cord. Tried to return without even turning it on and since it was "ON SALE" there policy says no returns; you are STUCK with the item. They offered a 20% refund 7 weeks ago and keep using the excuse that their system is shut down! I could never suggest you even consider buying from them...Think everything is defective or mfg incorrectly to avoid patents, or other. The no longer repond to my emails..Took over a month to deliver to not be usable.

This the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are truly scamers! When you don't return based on your own policy, that's called stealing! They should not even be in business. I am contacting my bank and BBB about them. Not only the money but the principle of this whole transaction. They should be taken down off the internet!!

I would give them - 5 stars if I could. No communication after they received my money or during shipping. 3 weeks for delivery. The product did not fit as I had hoped so I requested a return. This was their response:

"Hi Nicole
Thank you for your email. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. We totally respect your decision.
In this case, we'll offer you a 40% refund for this order and a 50% discount for the next order. You can keep the old one or give it to someone.
If you still want to return the product, please return it to this address at your postage expense. We will give you a full refund."

It will cost me more than the product cost to ship this back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU PLAN ON 100% KEEPING THE PRODUCT.

I would rate NO STAR IF it would let me. Returning is basically not going to happen! Ordered bra it was very very small size chart is absolutely wrong told me they don't allow refunds even though am requesting within the 7days. Told me merchandise had to be damaged in someway. DO Not BUY ANY Product they make it basically impossible to return 🤨

I just read the other customer with the same complaint. I doubt they contact me regarding a refund their policy says contact them within 7 days. The policy also says cannot return used products.
It has been 2 weeks and I just used this flat iron. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM - they are SHODDY!

The bra was cheap and flimsy. I asked for a refund and said refunds are not part of their policy - only to exchange. It was my fault - I didn't read the return policy. That said, who doesn't do returns in this day and age? Will never order from them again.

This website will deceiving describe an item, and send you garbage. Customer Service's best solution to my problem is that I keep the garbage they sent, I get refunded 40%, and then get a 30% coupon towards my next order. DO NOT order from this website.

Horrible experience! They steal your money and not deliver what you ordered. Buyer BEWARE it’s a SCAM!!!

Site says to attach copy of mailing slip for refund but message unable to attach comes back.Took so long don't remembering ordering.Item looks and feels like horse harness. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered the bra and the stick one on 12/26/22 and never received since come from China I gave them time. E-mailed them on 2/27/23 cause supposedly package have been in post office since 1/7/23 but this is a lie. Gave me fake tracking number. They sent me a new one and I have never received its in the post office far away. It's a scam. I told them I have reported them on Mail fraud. They told me something was wrong with my address when I receive mail there without problems. Maybe I won't see my merchandise but will warn others about this fraudulent company that keeps your 💰 and don't give your merchandise.

I had to contact several times to find out the status was almost 3 weeks late. Wanted to cancel customer service would not cancel even though the order had not shipped out. Poor customer service will not order from them again

Very dissatisfied. It's beenover 2 weeks and I still have not received my order. I am contacting American Express to reverse charge. This is ridiculous. I contacted them and never received a reply back. What a learning experience. Stick with what you no.

Buyer beware! It took over a month to receive the bra. Then I was very disappointed in the quality of this product. The marketing led me to believe that it offered satisfactory support without underwires. That is not the case. The padding is minimal and not sewn in to place. The lace support straps are difficult to hook and wrinkle up under the bosom. Therefore not offering any additional support. I emailed to request a return and refund. Its been another month and no response. I googled to find another means of contact, and discovered the there are no returns or refunds. This should have been posted on the website. Had I done my research prior to ordering, I would have never purchased.

I am also very disappointed that it's been almost a month...they've had my money but still, no bra.
Yes, had I realized it would be this long....and unable to get on their support site' or their shipping co. which is called Chukout1 I would not have purchased. It had better come soon, or I'll set Payal onto them!!

Straight comb very cheap and inferior product. Notified company day after received product. I requested a refund. They emailed me a paragraph that I was not interested in, all I wanted was to return product and receive refund. They never email me back. Very unprofessional. Company lacks what makes a company great. Never, ever will purchase anything from them again.
