Absolutely horrible! Do not order from this “company”! I placed an order and it sat in a “shipped” status for 10 days and it didn’t move. I sent an email asking where it was and I got an answer that it takes 15 days to ship out but that they would try to get it shipped overnight. I then received the order 6 days after that and it was the wrong item that shipped. I have sent 4 emails now as it has been over a week since I received it. There is no way to mail anything back as there is no address on the label. I wish to God I had read reviews before I purchased the item. This is not a legit company. I got scammed. Don’t let it happen to you!

SCAMMERS. They ignore your message for items refund or shipping information, it’s been over three weeks and still haven’t received it, but I was charged on the day of purchased. I should’ve research this website before..

Don't waste your money and time! They never sent me my order. I placed an order 3/3/2022. I still haven't yet received my order. When I inquired, they told a lie that they had shipped out the order, and it was lost on the way. But I didn't receive any notification that the item was shipped out. They said they arranged to resend and send me tracking number, but the tracking number remains "label created, not yet in the system" after 10 days.
I've tried to reach out to them, but they don't answer any more.

My bra came defective without hooks so it is unusable and no paperwork and no phone number. Also very costly to send it back and there is a high stocking fee plus the mail fees. Not happy with this company and will not be purchasing anything again.

I would give no stars if i could. Do not order from them. They refused to cancel my order even tho it hadn't even been packaged up yet. I haven't received my item yet and its been over the 10-15 business days they say it takes to get here. I asked if I could return once I received the item and they won't even email me back now. Terrible site.

It's scam, don't shop from this site! They sent me a random product because they don't have the one I ordered, and they refused return and refund.

This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order, they charged my credit card, and I never received the item ordered. Please do not order from this place!

Take your money and leave you alone! I placed an order on February 1, 2022, and they accepted payment. The date is now March 15, 2022. I have not gotten a tracking number after many attempts to contact you. I respond to emails, and when I contacted online chat, the employee ended our conversation after obtaining my purchase but no further information. Beware. Do not place an order. I feel as though I've been duped!

Still waiting for delivery. Website is a headache to deal with. Wish I hadn't bothered to purchase. If it doesn't arrive in 2 weeks, I'll file a complaint with my credit card company.

Horrible company to be in. If I could, I'd give no stars. There is no true contact information for customer support; instead, they connect over Facebook Messenger. When I tried to track down my order, they said they had no record of it, despite the fact that my credit card had been paid. I alerted them that I would be challenging the $44 charge with my credit card provider, but they somehow discovered my purchase and it had already delivered, so there was no way to cancel it. And, as a result of the return's processing, I will "maybe" receive a refund of $32 of my $44!!!

I ordered a body suit in January, received a tracking number, and watched it move through the system, but suddenly the tracking number stopped working. When I contacted customer service, I was advised that the item I had initially bought was no longer available (can I still get it online?) As a result, they sent me new shorts. They never received tracking, no email confirmation, and nothing arrived. Due to the shipment delay, I received an email yesterday stating that my initial order will be replaced. I suppose the shorts that never arrived were never sent? Now it appears that I will be receiving a cami. That is something I believe like I believe a pathological liar.
Today I filed a payment dispute with PayPal. This is really absurd!

There are symptoms of fraud, such as no email, the wrong item, and unanswered emails.

Poor customer service; I require assistance but there is no one there to assist me.

I'm not sure what to say except that I'm upset that my stuff took a month to arrive after I made my order. Time was not an issue for me, but what I received was a low-quality product that did not match the image on the website. Furthermore, I did not receive an email informing me of the order difficulty or time delay, nor did I receive an apology. I'm so upset that this may be the last time I purchase something from this store. No, it is not advised.

Complete Sham…. I ordered feb20th, still haven’t received a confirmation of purchase or tracking. Since Friday March 4th customer services has been saying they are urging the partner to overnight my order. It’s been a full week and still nothing. They keep copy and pasting the same generic response with a few extra words each time. I don’t think I will ever see my item.

NOT RECOMMEND, I read a few reviews and decided to buy, however they are all misleading; perhaps they are not reviews from genuine people. My purchase is not as stated, the color and size are not what I ordered, and customer service has irritated me much.

This is a terrible company. Do not order from these thieves! Worst experience and got me for a measly $30 order. They do not care! Do not waste your money or your time. BTW, I had to change the language in this review. I had more colorful words.
