Last two orders were missing Juice and coils, I emailed to let them know and they said they'd respond within 48 hours. They didn't respond. Always been good in the past but missing 3 packs of coils and 6 bottles of juice over two orders. I have video of myself opening the packages but noone seems to want to respond. A shame as they've always been good on previous orders

** UPDATE START 22/01/24 * - I'm updating this review to be fair as I finally received a reply and resolution of a refund, although this took just over a month. This still isn't great by any means, it seems that they had no-one in customer service for a month which is very poor, but they may have had unavoidable issues. Although communicating this in some way at all would have been far better than just complete silence! * UPDATE END *"
Used them quite a few times without issue, but I placed another order in December that arrived on the 18th, it was missing 34 bottles of juice, sent photos etc as it was clear from the package it couldn't have contained the right amount due to them being packed in boxes of ten it was physically impossible to have been in there. Emailed them about 10 times with no answer at all, even using different emails addresses, live chat doesn't exist as it always says they are offline but will respond then don't, no phone number for them, but constantly receiving sales emails from them.
