Very slow to deliver & no tracking provided

Nothing received and no reply to messages, a joke of a company, do yourself a favour and avoid these jokers.
Have contacted bank to get money back.

Paid and Ordrered for 30 but only received 17 vapes.
Emailed for explanation but have not had a reply.
Lost my money.

Received delivery with missing items, took 8 days to receive, Poor customer services, no respose via email...

Last two orders were missing Juice and coils, I emailed to let them know and they said they'd respond within 48 hours. They didn't respond. Always been good in the past but missing 3 packs of coils and 6 bottles of juice over two orders. I have video of myself opening the packages but noone seems to want to respond. A shame as they've always been good on previous orders

At first the site seemed a little sketchy and had various scam reviews. But I went ahead with my order, delivery took longer than expected (total time of order to delivery took 6 days) but overall quality of the product is very good.

Delivery has been very slow lately, packages arrive later than expected. Other than that service is very good.

Used to be pretty good. Last two orders, however, were short of items and no response to emails. £30 out of pocket. More fool me ordering again after the previous order was incomplete.

Only sent me half of my order. No communication on the live chat or by email. Had to contact my bank to get a partial refund. Awful customer service!!!

This still isn't great by any means, it seems that they had no-one in customer service for a month which is very poor, but they may have had unavoidable issues. Used them quite a few times without issue, but I placed another order in December that arrived on the 18th, it was missing 34 bottles of juice, sent photos etc as it was clear from the package it couldn't have contained the right amount due to them being packed in boxes of ten it was physically impossible to have been in there. Emailed them about 10 times with no answer at all, even using different emails addresses, live chat doesn't exist as it always says they are offline but will respond then don't, no phone number for them, but constantly receiving sales emails from them.

Scam. No response from my complain of missing items.

Easy to order and always offering their customers a % off the price.

Goods recently ordered were incomplete and previous order were 1 short tried to contact them with a response to say sorry they were busy with Black Friday customer service at this company is far from ok and need to engage with customers giving them business
