The deal was great but paying extra for 2 day delivery and then finding out it was 4 kinda sucked. Wished I had just opted for free delivery.

Bought a loose stone for my future Fiance's engagment ring. Had hesitation since I had seen equal quality stones (certified from the same place - IGI) costing twice as much at many engagment stores.

Service was great, shipping was timely, Anji made sure I would be available before shipping the stone out. Package was unassuming so my girlfriend didn't suspect anything when I received it.

She did ask and got curious when I said it was something for her, she thought it was a Xmas gift and snooped around til she found the box.

She loves it!!!
Now she has to wait til I get it set in a ring and make the official proposal.

I am so disappointed to leave this review and so incredibly disappointed in this company - DO NOT BUY FROM NWD UNLESS YOURE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF. We bought a $3400 ring less than a year ago. It’s an eternity band, so 12 diamonds total all around. After 4 months of wearing it, a diamond fell out. I reach out to NWD and had to pay $250 for it to be fixed even though I did nothing that could’ve caused this issue. 1 time I could’ve forgiven and let it slide. However, less than 4 months later ANOTHER diamond fell out. Mind you, I am soooo careful w this ring. It’s what my fiancé used to propose and I don’t even wear it in the shower, to cook dinner, etc. - especially after the first incident. For 2 diamonds to fall out in 8 months is just ridiculous. Especially considering that they totally changed the setting (without consulting me first) after the first time to “make it more stable” — and still we’re in the same position only a few months later. The need to change to a new setting the first time alone shows that this was a NWD error that should’ve been covered in the manufacturing warranty but no, I had to pay. You’d think now that it happened a second time, finally NWD will admit it’s their fault and not make me pay for repairs. Nope, they’re trying to get more money out of me to fix it. I even took the ring to a jeweler last week to inquire about why the stones keep falling out and they told me that it is 1000% due to how the manufacturer set it & that due to the placement of the stones it will CONTINUE to happen. So what, I’m supposed to keep returning my ring to NWD every six months and paying an additionally $500/year to them in repairs forever??? At this point I just want my money back and CLEARLY deserve their so-called lifetime manufacturing warranty. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and not only will they not refund any of my money, they are going to make me pay for the repair again!! And they again have said they could change to a more secure setting - which begs the question, why wasn’t the setting secure for the original ring that I purchased? Plus, they claimed they made it more secure last time so how could I possibly trust they will if I pay them more $$ to do so again...

Bottom line- I’ll never purchase from NWD again. What should have been such a happy happy ring signifying my fiancé and I’s love has become such a pain and headache, The ring is clearly defective and it’s clearly the manufacturers fault yet they refuse to abide by their own warranty and on top of that, still want to make me pay for the repairs a second time for something that was never my fault. I wish I never ordered from them.

We ordered a custom engagement ring through New World Diamonds and to be honest we didn’t know what to expect. We had our hearts set on a lab diamond since they were a bit cheaper than a regular diamond. From the moment of our inquiry, Tina was such a pleasure to work with. She was in constant communication with us to ensure the custom ring was exactly what we wanted. We even had some setbacks (our ring was stolen in the mail) that Tina helped us work through. All in all, it was a tremendous experience with New World Diamonds. The engagement ring and wedding band are absolutely perfect and superb quality. We are extremely happy we chose this company.
